I really loved my visit here!! The staff and the doctors have were nothing but wonderful and helpful. Their services amazing. Even affordable!!! I had pain went in and got it taken care of!!!

FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE, very friendly very polite, office is so clean, neat and beautiful. The whole staff team was so nice. I got 2 teeth extracted and I literally was in there not even an hour from beginning to end. Dr.Petre means business and she did a excellent job didn't even feel when she pulled them out. Lol. Jazmin in front desk so sweet. Ariel and Abby were welcoming. God bless this place and this staff team. After being to 4 dentist, this place was the one that helped me.

I woke up on a Monday morning with a swollen face and severe throbbing in my jaw. It was unbearable so I made an appointment to visit the Emergency Dentists. Upon arrival, the very curt and unfriendly front desk woman let me know that I would have to pay 200 for x-rays before I had even sat down. Also, despite having an appointment and arriving early, I had to wait over 20 minutes past my appointment time to be called. This may not seem long but when you are in severe pain and discomfort- its a very long time!! I was taken back for X-rays then I had a woman come in to advise me on what they said would help me. Given the pain I was experiencing, I asked for some pain medication only to be completely denied. Next, the front desk woman came in to let me know that the service would be 600. Unfortunately, I was not prepared with the right credit card so I asked for a payment plan. Nope - I was told to get out unless I could pay in full. It turns out that the service they recommended was not correct and I needed a root canal. If I had gone through with their advice, I would still be suffering as they mis-diagnosed my problem. I was not treated well which is shameful because I was really suffering and in pain. And refusing to give me even a Tylenol was not cool or caring. I dont recommend this place in any way. The treatment that I received was mean, uncaring and I was very upset leaving there. Thankfully I saw a competent Dentist and received quality care. This review is based on my terrible experience at The Emergency Dentists and I will not return to this establishment.

This is an amazing clinic. They are an emergency clinic, so there may be a bit of a wait. Extraction process only took 30 minutes and the doctor was very gentle. If you need emergency dental work, this is a great clinic.

3 teeth pulled same visit , you can get up to 11 teeth pulled one visit.my insurance covered whole thing no copay,numbed me really good.took a minute to get one out but he did it,sent over my prescription.thanks

I was with a lot of pain,they was extremely good with me ,I can't remember my doctor's name but she is the best in the world,the assistant was a Chinese girl my God what a beautiful soul,she make me feel like her family everybody there was very nice and friendly

I found this place through a friend of a friend and I am so glad I did!! I had a broken tooth that had become infected and SO PAINFUL!! Like rolling around in my bed crying, had to cancel my sons birthday plans kind of painful! I called and they told me they were open until 7pm and they accepted both my insurances and I was on my way! I dont remember the doctors name but she was AMAZING!! That tooth came out quick and she wasnt rough. I would absolutely suggest this lovely place any day! The staff was all really nice and courteous. I feel so much better!!

Came in my tooth cracked from me grinding my teeth the front staff was very friendly but the doctor sucked and could even do a tooth extraction she gave me three shots to numb me that didn't work at all huge waste of time boco dental took care of me right away

They are soooo comforting, patient, caring and a great staff. I was scared and nervous. The dentist that pulled my tooth 18 root out to you and your staff!

This is the fastest, most respectful, and all around the best experience I've ever had at any dentist. They pulled two teeth and man oh man! Thank you all so much! You fixed a world of hurt.

I was seen today, they were able to pull out a dead tooth that was loose.

I shattered a tooth on NYE. They still managed to get me in before closing. The next day they placed my temporary crown when practically every dental office in town was closed. The wait was much longer than I'd expected, but definitely understandable considering they were the only ones open. Not even a week later , I'm on my way to have my permanent crown placed. They were most gracious as I explained how difficult I am to get and stay numb. Dr Pearson listened to my feedback on what's worked best in the past and took it to heart. I didn't feel a thing. And the temporary crown fit perfectly!

Today, I visited an emergency dental clinic due to severe tooth pain. My husband has had two positive experiences there with a male dentist, and since my regular dentist is out of town, I decided to give it a try. The experience started wellJasmin, the dental assistant, was wonderful and made me feel at ease. Another staff member at the front desk explained the post-visit details to me. While she wasnt particularly friendly, I understand that everyone can have off days. However, my interaction with the dentist left me feeling disappointed. The dentist, a female practitioner, didnt greet me or attempt to establish any rapport. After examining my teeth, she informed me I had two cavities and suggested I see a regular dentist for a routine check-up because I have a lot going on in my mouth. While I appreciate her recommendations, the delivery of her message felt dismissive and lacked empathy. I do see my dentist regularly and make an effort to care for my teeth. She recommended two extractions and insisted they be done simultaneously to allow the wounds to heal together. While I have had extractions done individually in the past and initially preferred that option, her tone and demeanor made me uncomfortable and uncertain. Ultimately, I chose to leave the appointment feeling upset and even teary-eyed. In hindsight, Im disappointed that I allowed this experience to affect me so deeply. Its important for healthcare professionals, particularly those in customer-facing roles, to be compassionate and mindful of how they communicate with patientsmany of whom may already feel vulnerable or self-conscious. I hope this feedback serves as a reminder of the importance of empathy and professionalism in patient care.

had a wonderful experience at this dental office! The staff and dentist are truly amazing. After a frustrating search at two other dental offices, I finally found a caring team here. I was in a lot of pain and needed my wisdom teeth and an infected tooth removed, but they made the process so much easier for me. I'm really grateful to have come here! Thanks

Dr. Choi was amazing! She diagnosed the issue, came up with a treatment plan and took care of my dental issue. I would definitely return to Emergency Dentists.
