The Reno Dentist

My initial appointment was today. The dentistdoctor is great and wonderful bed side manners. Melissa was my gal and she is very pleasant, knowledgeable and explained all the process to me. Highly recommend them.

I had 3 teeth that had to be extracted they got me in without a appointment that Day. I Am Glad they got me in fast I was in serious pain thanks to Dr sykes and his team.

I felt like a part of family here! Jana frontdesk was my first encounter ! She has an invitation type voice attitude! We laughed several times while figuing out insurances stuff! Then there was melissa! Who knew my i was scared to have these extractions and remembered everything i had shared with her and told the doc all the important details! Dr Jordan actually listened to her and assured me i would be ok! Carrie my dental assistant was loving and knew jyst when to give wayer and suctiin! They even helped me with find extra funds to help pay for things my insurance wouldn't cover! Gentle kind loving and family setting! This is where they will bring extra staff in to hold your hand through the scary stuff! Im not affraid to go to the dentist anymore! Thankyou! You have a wonderful team here!

Reno dentist provides excellent care in a friendly environment

Nice and professional staff. hygienist was very good at her job. She made me feel comfortable and is knowledgeable of her position and took care in providing me with a good safe experience. Dr. Sykes is very good. the office building decor and atmosphere is warm, soothing and safe.

As a young male figuring out and finding the right dentist has been a struggle to say the least but when i walked into The Reno Dentists office i was immediately greeted in a friendly manor not only from the average people around me but the receptionists as well. Truly an amazing experience and I look forward to coming in. (Weird to say but true.)

This review is actually by Erica Brown The front staff are so friendly and welcoming. They ease your anxiety first and foremost. They are smiling and approachable. They inform you of every cost up front, so that you can make the decision to have the work done or not without any pressure. Then lets talk about Dr. Jordan. She is amazing!! Just as friendly as her staff and has the best bed side manner!! She makes you feel like you dont hate going to the dentist. I appreciate the Reno Dentist so much and look forward to having them take care of my dental care and maintenance for a long time to come!

Best experience I have ever had at the dentist. I have serious anxiety and fear when going to the dentist. To the point of letting big issues go, like broken teeth, etc. Not only was the staff understanding but worked with me. I had a tooth extracted less than hour ago. Trauma free. Professional. Everything was explained. No hidden costs. I highly recommend the Reno Dentist team. I never want to go anywhere else. I am even going to make an appointment for a regular check up!

Dr Sykes professionally dealt with an infected molar, within 24 hrs the problem was dealt with and the pain was gone! Well done doc 1114 I was having trouble chewing on a molar that had previously been repaired by Dr Sykes. Dr Sykes made room in his schedule to see me next day. He fixed the problem, no charge and sent me on my way. Thanks Doc
