I visited this dental for the possibility of a root canal and as a first time patient here, the office and staff were truly welcoming and the atmosphere was laid back. I had seen Dr. Monali and discussed with her about the pain I was experiencing in my lower, right molar. She took her time to hear out my concerns and with the examination. Once the initial overview of the area was done, she gave me multiple options to choose from to avoid having a root canal done and I really appreciated her time and patience with me as I asked a lot of questions. This tooth has been bothering me for several months, so for someone to take the time to find the main cause and avoid a hefty priced procedure, it really mattered to me. After my visit, I can say the staff maintains a high level of professional and focuses a lot on the well-being of the patient. I look forward to returning for my check-up appointments.

Had an amazing team work with me today and had to leave a review because they went above and beyond in all areas. I had a root canal done and it was a great experience. I have had not so great visits with other dentists but Dr. Daniel Nguyen and his assistants all made sure I was comfortable the whole time. They were efficient and got everything done with great detail. Specially in fitting my temporary crown. Thank you to Israel who helped with the fitting and to Cody who made me want to come back simply with his great energy! Thank you Tustin Smile for reminding me why I wont go to another Dentist office! You guys are awesome!

I cannot recommend this dental office enough! From the moment you walk in, the staff makes you feel welcome and cared for. They are always professional and kind, taking the time to thoroughly explain every step of the process. Whether its a routine cleaning or a more complex procedure, they ensure youre comfortable and fully informed about whats happening. Their attention to detail and commitment to patient care really stand out. They never rush through appointments and take the time to answer all of my questions, no matter how small. Its clear they truly care about their patients dental health and overall experience. If youre looking for a dentist who combines expertise with compassion, this is the place to go. Im so grateful to have found them and can honestly say theyve made my dental care a positive and stress-free experience.

Had the best experience with Katie and Dr Shah. Dr Shah is did a great job with my implant procedure . He was thorough and was able to do it quickly.

When I met Dr. Shah the first time, he made a good impression. Because of that I signed a contract with him. His office asked me to write a review. I gave him a good review and said that I will write another one after treatment is complete. During treatment Dr. Shah recommended another procedure. Since it was not part of our initial contract, I asked him if it was covered by insurance. A staff member from his office told me that it was and my copay was 360. Dr. Shah insisted that it was not, asked me to sign a waiver form and told me to pay 1900 out of pocket. I did not want to stop the treatment, trusted him, signed and paid 1900. But I was doubtful and told him that I will check with my insurance as well. I felt that he was not happy to hear it. I talked to my insurance and submitted a claim per their instructions because Dr. Shah did not want to. Insurance confirmed that my procedure was covered and my copay was 360. I gave Dr. Shah insurance approval paperwork and asked for a refund of 1540, the overbilled amount. In spite of several emails and phone calls to his office, there was no response. Finally, they came back and said that because I signed a waiver form, they will not give me a refund. After that, I told them in an email that I signed the form based on faulty information provided by Dr. Shah and if the problem was not resolved, I would take additional actions. There was no response from Dr. Shah or his office. I provided all the email correspondence and a copy of the signed waiver form to my insurance. They reviewed the paperwork, agreed with me and my insurance refunded the overbilled 1540. In my case, Dr. Shah asked me to pay more than 5 times of my copay from my pocket and I wanted to make sure that patients are aware of these shady practices. The way he asked me to sign the waiver form, collect more than 5 times of my copay and the way they treated me after they got caught tells me that this was deliberate, possibly not an isolated incident and could be happening to other patients as well. In addition, they tried to tell me that I owed them money for the initial treatment even though I paid them in full and showed them the paperwork to prove it. It is possible that there may be problems with their accounting system as well and it was good that I kept all the records. In my case, I was lucky that I was able to recover the excessively high overbilled amount in 3 months from my insurance and hope that these shady practices stop. I rate Dr. Shah less than 1 star and he is no longer my dentist.
