Excellent staff. Professional and friendly.

The level of service from this place has been decreasing every single week. The receptionist who thinks she owns the place always gives attitude to my family and me. Maria Elena never makes eye contact and answers questions with sarcasm. I have been going to that place and have recommended so many people but now I have made the decision to post a review. I have been calling for days now to be able to change my appointment and all I get in response is a message with a new appointment. What is that? Is the receptionist too good to talk to a client? Then when someone is there all she says is I need to take your payment! Girl yes we know we have to make payments but theres professional and more ethical ways of asking for payment. For instance try using, Hello! Good morning! How would like to make a payment this morning or will you be making a payment with kind voice? But no I need your payment! This girl needs an intense training on how to be kind to the patients because shes the first face everyone sees and doctors need to make sure she delivers their promise. I have spent hours trying to get through and the telephone sends me straight to a voicemail that says the office is closed. The only reason I gave 1 star is because I had to choose one to be able to post my review otherwise I would have sent my review with no stars.

United dental is excellent. They have been able to get me last minute appointments twice for emergency fillings. My dentist is also amazing because his work is fast, quality and I feel little to no pain!
