Ive always had a lot of fear and anxiousness when visiting the dentist. Nicole is an amazing hygienist. Shes patient, kind and makes my visits comfortable.

Flossing was very rushed worst i think Iv had and also the polishing was very rushed not well done . My teeth normally feel cleaner leaving .

I'm only giving 1 star because 0 isn't an option. I went to Wailuku Dental Group based off good reviews and it turned out to be a terrible mistake. I am writing this review to inform others so they don't end up in the same unfortunate situation that I did. I cannot speak for the other dentists there but Dr. Heather Hearon should not be allowed to practice dentistry without going back to school. She gave me fillings which resulted in months of pain and numerous bite adjustments to unsuccessfully fix the mistakes she made during the procedure. After going back and forth for numerous appointments she then told me that I could just extract my teeth and that my gums would harden over time so I could chew. This whole experience was traumatic, time consuming, expensive, and very painful. I went to another dentist who redid my fillings with no problems. Dr. Hearon never used a dental dam and also did not put a pulp cap on my tooth so my nerve was completely exposed. These are very general and standard steps to take. Please go back to dental school Dr. Hearon. This type of care is unacceptable and teeth are forever. I hope at least one person reads this review and is saved from such an awful experience.

I love you guys ? I think you will help me keep my teeth in my mouth til I wont need them.
