After setting an appointment, arriving 30 minutes early to an empty lobby, finishing the paperwork by appointment time and were still waiting. Apparently people were scheduled to come back in over my appointment And then they let us know that its always 2-3 hr max wait time for scheduled appointments. Im wondering how tf someone is coming back and is a higher priority than whos presently scheduled and have arrived. This has got to be the absolute worst customer service experience ever. Like what are you guys doing in the back that warrants 2-3hr wait time?

Original review Sept 2023- Slooooowwwww!!!!!! Insanely slow service. Prepare to wait 3 hours minimum to MAYBE see the doctor. Took 3 months to get an appointment. I never got a reminder call. Now they want me to wait for another appointment to get my filling filled. Did i mention they're slow?? Update 1-23-2025 - They are still unbelievably slow. I keep coming here bc they're the only dentist in town that'll take my insurance. They do ok work but I spend 3 hours waiting for a 10 minute cleaning. They also NEVER call to confirm appts and ALWAYS change my appt time or day without letting me know. I call to confirm all appts the week before. I have come here for about 10 appts now and twice I have ad to leave after waiting 2.5 hrs bc they told me it's going to be another hour plus before I get seen (today being one of those times!). I hate this place. I dont know how they have 4 stars.

My daughter has been having bad experiences with this dental . They left twice holes in her teeth which collects foods and etc and this last time we went . The receptionist I talked to check in for my daughter appointment didnt put my daughter arrived and I thought she did . I over heard on a conversation which sounded ridiculous and I just rolled my eyes because it was ridiculous and its obvious she took it took a whole another level and did my daughter dirty by making us wait almost 2 hours and I had to actually go up to the receptionist again, which was another woman to acknowledge it . They eventually took my daughter in but proceeded to make my daughter wait longer . My daughter told me in her own words and not from me . They sat her there and then made her wait again . There wasnt really any patients but she told me they were having a really good conversations, so good they rather talk and delay , so they can talk longer . Future advice . You have a job ! You get breaks and lunch . Work time is work time and less talk and work . Thats the problem at this western dental . Im honestly gonna try to switch to another western dental . Maybe another place is more professional

The hygienist, Rebecca, is one of the sole reasons for writing this review and for my continued care at this office. She provides detailed, thorough and compassionate care. I can tell she truly loves what she does and the patients benefit from it. She made the appointment stress free and put me at ease the entire time. I never felt like she was rushed or that she was trying sell me treatmentservices I didn't need. It's unusual to find such honest, compassionate health care providers but I have definitely found one in Rebecca!! When you go to the office ALWAYS ask for Rebecca for your cleanings!!

They want to charger me 10.000i only want parshell to on bottom on they want to give me full plate top on bottom

I had an appointment today and after waiting 3 hours i decided to leave. Yes they did inform me that it would be a little while but 3 hours is just ridiculous. They couldnt even reschedule when I asked the receptionist to.

Horrible experience, I went on the 17th and they made me come back on the 18th (January, 2025), we sat in the parking lot for 2 hours THEN the oral surgeon yelled at me and told me he could not take out my 4-1, saying he doesn't have the tools. But I spoke to him the day before and he told me that he could do it AND had the tools, (neodent) after this the receptionist was writing an address for me to go to when he came out of the office and ripped up the paper saying "She thinks we wasted her time" which THEY DID. I think it is horrible to yell at someone who is in pain, and he did just that, please do not go here, do not give him business, and no, I do not remember his name, but I'm pretty sure you would know by the rude demeanor.

You people seriously suck, your making me pay for trays that don't fit in my mouth u haven't helped me at all

After waiting for 230 I was told they couldnt see me because they didn't want to leave after 6, they obviously care so much about there time and not their clients time, I saw at least 13 people with the same problem, uextremely unprofessional. 1- they should call us before arriving there to let us know ether will not see us . 2- Once we arrive they should tell us to leave and not waist our time 3- they shouldn't be telling us they are not going to see after 3 hours of waiting. 4- once they finally tell us we are not gonna be seen they should reschedule us sooner not after one month of waiting for the appointment and then to have us wait for an other month. 5- I'm lost there trust I don't think there ever gonna see me. 6- they only see orthodontist patients everyone else doesn't matter to them . 7- never have I experience anything like this in an other clinic.

This place is horrible!! The red head at the front gave us the wrong information and I got braces put on and cant be seen there for any upkeep like she said we could. The ortho is only there sometimes on Saturday!! Do not go through them for anything!! I spent 5000 for braces, a band came off in one day and they cant do anything like the RED HEAD said we could!! Do not give false information. It upsets people!!

They really took care of me and dental care

First of all the building is dirty I had an appointment at 10am they had me waiting till mid-day then they had me come back at 2pm then made me wait till 4pm just to reschedule me an appointment one month latter I didn't get seen and I lost a day of work all for nothing..bad service no good

Pesimo servicio si se le puede llamar servicio, son buenos para cobrar nada mas , necesito copia de mi rayos X y no me responden me dejan en espera y luego cuelgan y para una consulta estuve esperando 3 horas mi cita era a las 300 y las personas q llegaban su cita era la misma hora también no entiendo como citan a tantas personas a la misma hora , no recomiendo esto

My appointment was right to the point. Very educational and informative!

This place having the good review they do is surprising. They tried scamming a child out of her money recommending procedures she didnt need as well as overcharging her 800. An overcharge when brought to their attention took weeks of ignored messages to finally get a response in only when using alternative means of escalation. Heavily recommend you beware of this place. There are tons of dentists available this shouldnt be an option you consider, but if you do. Be sure to double check your bills and get a second opinion on any large procedures they might recommend for you.

Dr. Salem made my visit at Western Dental very pleasant and was great at answering all my questions! He was so patient and very kind to take his time and be thorough. He definitely made me feel less anxious and even helped me get my next appointment scheduled! Thank you Dr. Salem for being awesome!!
