The review shows my husband's name, but this is Desha writing the review. I love coming here for my dental needs. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff (thank you, Laurie, for always keeping me reminded of my appointments and for keeping me scheduled!) I never have to worry about a "bad" experience here. From the front desk to the hygienist to the dentist, everyone makes you feel comfortable and that they do truly care about you!! I dont know how anyone could rate them less than 5 stars! I highly recommend Whitener Dental!

Whitener Dental is the most professional dental clinic I have experienced in my 75 years of dental work in the State of Washington ! I recently moved to Arizona and was traveling to the Chelan area and had a dental emergency. One of the staff, named Laurie, answered the phone and personally help me get an emergency appointment with Dr Whitener . What a great experience I ended up getting a root canal and a crown on my front tooth which totally saved my vacation! I can not say enough great praise to Dr Whitener, Laurie and the entire staff at Whitener Dental!!! I cant wait to make a return visit to Beautiful Lake Chelan! Thank you, again! Shirley

As someone who has avoided dental visits, and struggles with dental anxiety, I can 100 refer anyone to Whitener Dental. There is no shame, and the staff has gone out of their way to make me feel comfortable. Wonderful staff, and wonderful doc. Incredible use of technology.

Dr. Whitener and his staff are simply exceptional. They have a way of making you feel welcomed, calm are so professional. Each time you enter their office you are greeted by a staff member and they take the time to chat with you. Dr Cy always makes sure that you are comfortable with any procedure he is doing. And is so welcoming!!! His abilities and skills are amazing!!! I highly recommend Dr Cy and his entire staff!!!

Everyone in the office is great. Had a new crown yesterday. After the novocaine wore off, I HAD NO PAIN. FIRST TIME IN 70 YEARS. Thank you Dr. Whitener and staff.

Each time I visit I feel like I am one of the gang. The staff could not be friendlier or more helpful. My hygenist was professional and made me, the patient, like a team member in my own treatment. Dr. Whitener was wonderful as well.

Great Service and Patient Care - Dr Whitener and team filled a chipped molar on short notice for me. When the hotcold pain continued, they pulled me back in for a quick follow-up and further explored the cause which may be a hairline crack from the original chip. They gave great service and advice!

Dentist aren't my thing as I think most people would agree. However, Dr. Whitener and his staff are very patient, as well as very thorough, and very gentle. I have never had to wait the 15-30 minutes prior to my appointments. I am in and out, and as of this last crown never had any discomfort the next day, or next week with any of the work I have had done. Thank you to "ALL" of his staff for being so very helpful at all times.

Dr. Whitener (and staff) are awesome! They are so nice and friendly, you almost forget that youre not supposed to like going to the dentist! How friendly and kind are they? Well, lets just say even my teenage daughter doesnt have any apprehensions whatsoever with having fillings (multiple) done by this great group! I had a crown done, and I developed some facial pain and other negative symptoms. wWhen I finally called about it, (dreading that it was going to turn into a root canal), they quickly got me in the very next morning as their doors opened. Dr. Whitener listen to my symptoms, assured me that it probably had something to do with my bite and diligently worked 20 minutes to address every little crazy gnawing motion that I strangely do when I chew. Within 24 hours, totally dramatically fixed! These people care! I highly recommend Dr. Whitener, especially if you are still one of those who are hesitant about visiting a dentist!
