Everyone was so friendly and professional at Wildomar Smiles! It was my first time in the office and they did a thorough assessment and cleaning. They also helped me with a problem tooth! I highly recommend!

Omg!!! Dr Samira is AMAZING!!!! I thought I was going to need a root canal and she assured me she can fix my tooth in a less aggressive procedure and wow! No pain, at all. Im able to eat again. I highly recommend Dr Samira and Velk Family dentistry, they ate honest and friendly. Thank you Dr Samira you have gained a patient for life!

In the past few months I found this office and Dr. Samira Fares. For the first time in a long time I feel completely at ease going to the dentist. I appreciate how relaxed and thorough everyone is in the office. Dr. Fares and the whole staff here is amazing, friendly and kind. I appreciate Dr. Fares being so thorough and detailed in her work. I completely trust the care I am getting here and appreciate the way everyone here treats each other and their clients. Everything from communication about appointments, handling insurance, and the dental procedures themselves are all smooth. Dr. Fares will always take the time to do what is right for you. Thank you all for what you do. I don't know if you all even realize how good you are at what you do, but you are awesome.

I have been going to Dr. Fares for years and would follow her anywhere. My daughter has exclusively seen her since she was 2 (and shes 18 now) and we wouldnt dream of going anywhere else. She has a light touch and always explains everything shes doing thoroughly but in a way you can understand. Going to the dentist is never fun but with this team we never mind it - highly, highly recommend!

I came in with a toothache and Dr. Koushyar saw me that same day! He really cares about his patients and its evident in his work, he answered all of my questions and the procedure did not hurt at all!! Hes very gentle and efficient, I walked out with no pain at all!

Dr. Samira is the best! Ive been a patient of Dr. Samiras for a few years now and trust her completely with my dental care. She always puts me at ease during my appointments and calmly addresses any of my dental concerns. The office is so clean and I appreciate that I was taken on time for my appointment. During my first visit I was excited to see a TV on the ceiling above my dental chair! I highly recommend this practice and Dr. Samira!

I am very happy with my visit at this office. I had gum sensitivity and pain and I was able to get an appointment quickly. Dr. Koushyar (Dr. K) was fantastic! He resolved my issue, answered all of my questions, had great bedside manner. I appreciate doctors who take their time and are honest about the wellbeing of their patients - Dr. K is one of those docs, and Ill definitely come back to see him! Thanks doc. Also, a big thank you to Julie, the best dental hygienist Ive ever encountered. I can tell shes had years of experience and she gave me so many new tips about my teeth cleaning that Ill be using moving forward. All in all, nice office, great staff and doctors!

This review is long overdue, I just want to say how much I like this practice. They are highly professional, and they really care about you since I started going to Dr. Eric and Angela Velk's office I am no longer afraid of going to the dentist, they really made me feel comfortable, and with confidence regarding the treatment that Dr. Velk suggested, not like other practices that make you an endless list of jobs you need just to make the bill really big. I really liked the family atmosphere, I felt welcome from my first appointment. Allison, the office manager, is very kind, and always helps you with any questions you may have, in fact she helped me a lot with all the paperwork when I was transitioning from my previous dentist to this office. I also want to mention Martha, my hygienist, who is very professional in her work and very kind in her treatment, always looking out for the patient's well-being. On my most recent visit I had the opportunity to meet Dr. Angela Velk who was the one who helped me with my cleaning that day, and I cannot say enough about her professionalism and human quality, which I feel is a common denominator in that office. Thank you!

Somehow Im signed in on my dads account I dont know why or how to fix it - sorry if that causes any uncomfortable feelings. Velk dentistry was my dads dentist before he passed and my dentist. They have a warm welcoming atmosphere and are highly professional, communicate well, and the family oriented nature of the business makes it even better. The front desk, Alyson, has been there at least a decade, if that tells you anything about how good the environment is. Thanks for taking good care of my teeth. Nida

I am a very nervous patient. They were wonderful with me. Thank you!

The night guard was ill-fitted and messed up my bite. When I called for advice, no one helped me. I told the person that it pushed my front teeth back, and made my smile look different. All I wanted to know was whether that could be caused by the guard. When the person didn't give me an answer I stopped wearing it and within a month my bite was back to normal and my smile improved. I know you take your reviews seriously, but I did call and ask and was not given any information. Sorry I moved out of state, but all I wanted to know was whether the guard could have messed up my bite. Answer (discovered on my own) YES.

Great service and the most important thing is that THEY CARE ABOUT YOU , after the visit the doctor contacts you to see how the recovery is going, I really never had a dentist follow up on me after a service. THANK YOU.

This Dental Practice is absolutely wonderful. Allison, the office manager is friendly and always works hard to get me in when needed. Dr.s Erik and Angela are extremely gentle and highly skilled in all areas ranging from teeth cleaning to root canals. I recommend everyone I know to this office as I have always had a great experience and outcome with every procedure I've had done. The staff puts me at ease and treats me like family which eases my anxiety about going to the dentist. I highly recommend this dental office to anyone needing dental care.

Dr. Angela and Dr. Erik Velk have been our amazing and awesome family dentist for over 20 years. They run their practice like family and we always appreciate their services. However, we would like to recognize Alison, who runs the front office. She is the one who gets us scheduled and sends out those open appointments if we are not scheduled yet and ensures we take advantage of our yearly insurance benefits. Anytime Ive had questions about my benefits, Alison is there to help in a timely manner with all the answers. Thank you again Alison for all your assistance. This is the BEST dentist in Murrieta. Dr. Velk does excellent work and the hygienist does a great deep cleaning without pain! Simple and straightforward, they do not try to sell you all kinds of extras like most offices do these days. Thank you Dr. Velk!
