Willow Springs Dental - Dr. Marc McRae

It was my first time in this office and Im so grateful for my orthodontist to send me to Willow Springs dental, Dr. Marc McRae Was very sweet and made me feel very comfortable talking about the options I had with my dental plan. Everyone in this office was so welcoming. During my procedure, he was very gentle and had an amazing assistant Christina she was great. The place was very clean and sanitized. I give 1010experience.

Overall excellent experience and care here at Willow Springs Dental. My hygienist, Maggie was very professional, knowledgeable and informative, and it was by far the best teeth cleaning I've ever had! The doctor took his time with the exam and with addressing my concerns. There was no attempt to sell me any unwanted services or dental work, which I greatly appreciated. The staff at the front desk were also all kind and helpful. The office is clean, the equipment state-of-the-art, parking was easily available. My whole family were patients here before me and I can see why they all have raved about their experiences. Definitely merits five of five stars for excellence!

I am one of those guys who avoids dentists like the plague.. I have a high level of anxiety over medical procedures and a distain for needles entering my body... suffice it to say, I'm a difficult patient.. Doctor McRay and his staff, especially his assistant were beyond accommodating and their gentle touch, bedside manner and demeanor were the best I've seen and more than enough to put me at east. The work was done well, and the results exceeded my expectations. As an aside, when I first saw the doctor due to discomfort in my mouth, he noticed a bone spur and rather than milk it as an opportunity to charge me for a separate visit and procedure, he basically removed it painlessly during our initial exam and there was no charge. That is first class service.

Lets be honest nobody likes going to the dentist. However, as adults we have to do things in life that we dont want to do, rather need to do. Where do I start? From the second you walk into their waiting room, every detail, every attention to detail is nothing short of perfection. What is perfection? Compassion, empathy, kindness, communication, welcomed warmth, treating patients like humans, better yet like family. Let me break it down Their waiting room? Warm, welcoming, comfortable furniture, (Feng shui on steroids) with wood, brick and documentaries on their flatscreen of animals (alleviating your stress and putting your mental and physical states at ease, calm). I could sit there all day and watch docs on mammals and reptiles. Their front desk team? The salt of the Earth. Let me say this again (Meagan, Rosa, Lilly, Ashley, Tracy) are the salt of the Earth. The nicest, kindest, most attentive, warmest, welcoming, communicative, empathetic human beings. These are the type of women you would want as your wives, sisters or daughters. The best people, period end of story (my apologies if I misspelled anybodys names). They will put your stress and fear and apprehensions at ease immediately, each of them have the human element, high Emotional Intelligence. Dental hygienist Diana? Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart is known as the voice of God. Well, Diana has the hands of God. No matter what service or procedure you require, she will make it as painless and seamless as humanly possible. She will educate you thoroughly, treats you like her family, beyond kind and warm and communicative. You will literally forget why you are there, thats how amazing she is. Finally Dr.McRae. The consummate professional. You couldnt create a better Doctor and human being (Im also biased, he loves basketball). His EQ matches his high IQ and unlike 99 of doctors, he doesnt treat symptoms, he treats humans, people, like friends and family. If you are going to any dentist other than Willow Springs Dental? Stop immediately. Become a patient at Willow Springs. Some of the best human beings on Earth all work there under one roof (and this is coming from someone who prefers the company of dogs over humans). I am not a bot, Im not paid to do this review, I am a real person who lives in Las Vegas who would never go anywhere less for my dental needs. One last thing, their bathroom is incredible too lol.

Tracy the Manager at Willow Springs Dental is the most professional, knowledgeable, friendly and down to earth person u will ever meet. She goes above and beyond to help the patient and she really truly cares. Another shout out goes to Dr McRae for being the most gentle dentist working on ur teeth and the extremely most pleasant dentist you will ever deal with. Nicole is one the best Dental assistant to Dr McRae. She is extremely sharp and intelligent and an incredible person. I cannot forget not to have to mention the pleasant welcoming face of Rosa when you first walk into the the office. She acknowledges every single patient with the biggest smile on her smile , let alone she remembers almost every patients name and she always acknowledges you too when the patient is leaving the office wishing you to have a pleasant day. Outstanding Dentist office. Highly recommended!!!!!

The doctor and the staff were amazing. I had an emergency, and they made me feel comfortable - making sure I was okay. I would definitely recommend going there.

I have been going to Dr. Spelman for well over seven years now. He is so nice and extremely knowledgeable. Everybody there does such a great job from cleaning your teeth to making you numb in your gums and not making it absolutely horrible. I highly recommend that you go see Dr. Spelman for your dentistry. I give him five stars!

I've been seeing Dr. McRae for two years now and he is very easy-going and has wonderful doctor patient manner. My Hygienist Diane is very thorough and has helped me keep my teeth and gums healthy by using her excellent cleaning skills and giving advice for personal care. The office staff are also very pleasant, kind and helpful. My appointments are always on time, the atmosphere is relaxing, and I never get pushed to have additional procedures when they are not necessary. Willow Springs by far, provides the best dental service I've ever experienced.

Today's visit was for a crown replacement and the job including no needle pain, excellent assistance went off without any complications. Today was my first time at this office. I am so pleasantly satisfied with the service I got today. Like wow! Jen did such an amazing job cleaning my teeth, with me being overdue for one. She very kindly educated me and gave me pointers on what I can do to take care of my teeth moving forward. Dr. Emett was also so kind during his evaluation. Very disappointed with Dr. McRae I went for cosmetic work my teeth were not hurting before I went to see him I just wanted to improve my smile after spending thousands of dollars my teeth started to hurt and what he said was I needed root canals in the teeth he worked on after giving him so much money now I have to spent thousands more for root canals shame on him because my teeth were not hurting before I went to see him and now they do. I dont recommend him. Stay away I do not wish this upon any body.

Dr Marc McRae is the kindest dentist I have ever met. I have great anxiety and he put me at ease.
