I went in for my cleaning, and Dr. B was amazing! She was very kind and gentle and finished really quick. She made me feel relaxed, as these visits usually make me feel anxious. And Merlyn was great also! She was very kind and caring as she took time to explain to me the importance of flossing. I highly recommend both of them at Zak Dental

Professional environment and a pleasant place to be at under the circumstances. However, after my 2nd visit the front staff became incompetent, bias, rude with a sence of uncontrollable behavior toward repeat customers like myself. How so, ignoring me because I had questions toward the contract language. They constantly asked me the same questions over and over -down payment when I had clearly been informed that my account had a positive balance that the positive funds can be used. Facial expression and greeting went out the door. Now, the doctor's were competent pros but few were Sales driven with loop holes to bait in second options from an expert - "the 2nd hook! " This tells me that they subcontract activities outside there profession. This is a good service to provide when both parties work closer together when scheduling and planning. Plus, lots of lag and they're paid by the hour. Fishing should be a hobby not a sales tactic in the dentist industry. Sorry for the typos

The staff I visited today were Victoria, Tabitha, Ferdy, Andrea, and Kristal and all gave exceptional service! I was running a bit late for my cleaning but Dr. Mai was sweet enough to still take me in.

Unexpectedly pleasant. I am always prepared for pain. But walked away pain free. staff doctors are not just pleasant professional but experts in their field too. Thank you

Outstanding professionals dental services provided by all the medical team. The front office dental staff were all accommodating to schedule me for future appointments in a timely manner. I was thoroughly impressed with all the modern dental equipment used to perform my procedure. The dentist performed an exceptional root canal with gentleness, integrity, and attention to details. His assistant prepared my mouth for a permanent tooth before and after the dental procedure, however I was able to leave with a form fitting temporary tooth that matched all my teeth. Impressive work! Prior to my treatment the dental hygienists gave me a deep cleaning to prepare for the next day root canal, exceptional work! By the way, the dentist and medical billing specialist were able to disgust a plan of action via video call to accommodate my dental needs. If YOU are seeking quality care, great dental experience, and holistic dental environment Dr. Zak is your go to. If you need extensive dental treatments, Dr. Zak is the best!!! I have recommended Dr. Zak to all my family friends for their next dental experience. I highly recommend it!!!

Let me start off by saying that I feel so very blessed to have stumbled upon Zak Dental - Long Beach when I did. After going through a very traumatic experience at a different dental office years ago, which resulted in me experiencing constant pain for over a month, needing root canals and crowns on my two right bottom molars, molars eventually needing to be extracted, a lengthy battle between insurance and the Dr, and a dental board complaint which revealed Dr negligence, I was left with very little faith and trust in Drs in the dental field to say the least. However, my perspective quickly changed as a result of the exceptional care I received at Zak Dental, primarily from Dr. Dan. I recently opted for implants to replace the molars that were extracted and I must say, I could not have chosen a better Dr. to do my implant procedure. From day one Dr. Dan made me feel comfortable and at ease, he explained the procedure very thoroughly, he listened to all my concerns, he answered all my questions, and throughout the procedure he repeatedly checked in with me to make sure I was comfortable and pain free. Post-op went amazingly well and six months later the crown restorations have begun currently in the process. Additionally, for the past five years I had been attempting to extract the left bottom wisdom tooth however, every Dr that would review my x-rays would quickly say that it was impacted and that the root looked like it was hooked onto a nerve and thus would suggest to just leave it alone if it wasnt causing me any paindiscomfort. In the course of five years I must have seen approximately four Drs regarding that wisdom tooth and had multiple second opinions, as I really wanted it extracted, yet none of those Drs ever mentioned there was another option, a coronectomy, nor ever requested a CT scan to confirm if in-fact the root was hooked onto the nerve or not, that is until Dr. Dan came along! Saying Dr. Dan is one of a kind in the dental field is an understatement! Dr. Dan is very attentive, caring, gentle, knowledgeable, thorough, very detail oriented, his bedside manners are top notch, and his genuine concern for his patients and their needs is exceptional!!! Dr. Dan, if youre reading this, know that you are doing an amazing job, dont ever stop prioritizing your patients needs and being so caring and attentive!!! Thank you for restoring my faith in Drs in the dental field!

The dental hygienists here are all so friendly and make you feel comfortable. I didn't realize the dentists are usually seen through tele-health, but overall it's a good experience.

I wish I could rate Dr and office differently than the billing dept! The front office ladies were very helpful and kind. The Drs Ive encountered with all my work were amazing! The billing dept needs to work together a little better and listen to info being given then give patients correct and accurate info as generally the money youre asking for is a lot and we need accurate info! I was given so many different treatment plans and prices! No one seemed to know anything about my treatment recommended in billing dept!

I am a person who has had previous BAD experiences with some dentists. ZAC Dental is so different. They were so kind, caring, professional and they listened to me. I needed an extraction and bone graft. Which was why I was in Long Beach the specialist was there, they were amazing! I spent so much time being scared, and the Dr, and staff took out my tooth, did the graft and TahDah! I lived LOL I cannot thank them enough for helping me through my fear, to a successful procedure. I look forward to continuing my care with Zac Dental I cannot imaging going anywhere else.

It was kind of slow but after a wild it got better if they leason to what we have to say it be better

Dr.Bejleri is very gentle and patient, she's very professional along with Merlyn the Dental assistant i cannot wait for my next appointment, I hope for my next appointment is with these two ladies. Great service Dr Toossi wats patience and awesome will be back. Maria is gentle, and kind. the girls in the front Griselda and Andrea are very helpful. very happy to be a patient here.
