I called in late September to ask if they do root canals in the dental clinic here. The woman who answered the phone seemed totally disinterested. She said they do perform root canals there, but Medicaid won't pay for them. She told me the soonest I could be seen was November (didn't say if it would be early or late in the month), but didn't actually offer to make me an appointment. Waiting for an appointment until November wasn't as bad as the wait at some dental clinics in the area (where I was told I could get an appointment in March or April), but it's still too long of a wait to be seen for an infected tooth that needs a root canal. What really got me though was the lack of warmth the woman on the phone showed. She didn't even seem to care AT ALL.

Everyone that I have dealt with at Ben Archer has been courteous, professional and efficient. Mr Lenhardt is very professional and extremely nice.

The worst unfrofessional rudest staff I've ever encountered. Will never step foot in that God forsaken place again. How can you work for a government funded healthcare and treat people like they do.

ie "Dr" Colmont-So I had a telephone appointment this morning. I waited a half hour, then decided to call ad see what's up. The scheduler unbelievably said Dr. Colon had two cancellations before me so the inconsiderate Dr " though I'd be a no show." I replied well that's ridiculous isn't it," to where she replied I'm just the scheduler. She's right but you have to be kidding me! Must be in the twilight zone!. She said she'd talk with him and it's been over an hour and still waiting. I really want to go off on him if he calls but I need a script. If I don't get it, he'll get it. ) So I just call after two hours and the Ase "Dr" Colmont said I needed to find another provider. The receptionist said she'd have to reschedule me with another Dr. I waited over a mother for this appointment,now the want me to wait another 1 12 months. Sadly I became angry and asked for his which she wouldn't give. SO AGGRAVATED! Im calling the supervisor now. Wish me luck. This place is beyond a joke!!!!!!!

The staff are very inexperienced, not at all knowledgeable in what they are doing. And no one answers the phone. I need a replacement upper dental plate and the dentist is milking my insurance for every penny he can get and I still don't have my plate.

This place is by far the worst in care the front desk people are not friendly and not knowledgeable. I dont know why they are even operational there are better ways to spend money then to be running this place.

Good doctors good service. I have been there many times over the last 16 years. I have always had good service.

They need to get online and change their dang hours. Half the time it says they are open and they actually aren't.

I just met with the Dentist Dr. Rhodes. He is a different dentist then I originally had. My appointment was a recheck of previous work done. I explained that the dentist was an anxiety trigger and I use music to get to the other side of the experience. The office staff is excellent, the dental assistant is professional and thorough. All was relaxed. This dental clinic is extremely covid19pathogen conscience. Always great staff and great experience! A positive experience with GoOD folks!

The low stars I gave them are a direct result of the fact that they said that my insurance was in their network but then it turned out not to be. So now I'm stuck with bills that they keep adding to. On top of that the bills I've received have no easy payment option. No online access and no options. When you call for help no one knows what's happening. Everyone gives a different answer. I'm never returning. This place is beyond frustrating. They tell you of their "doctors" which most are actually just nurses. My nurse practitioner told me I didnt need depression or anxiety medication but that I needed jesus... I needed to go to church and pray. She talked down to me like I wasnt a 30yr old divorcee and made it seemed like my problems were fixable with a self help book and positive thoughts. I know what I needed as I've been clinically depressed since the divorce and the "doctor" wouldnt listen. No one knows what they are doing there. Needs actual doctors on staff.

This medical location is the most unprofessional medical center I have attended. The medical staff is very limited in both experience and education. They prove how medically challenged and incompetent they are in direct patient care, illness prevention, health promotion, and emergency care. The doctor or NP did not once came in to see me nor was there proper screening for the situation I went in for. The nurse pulled out the injection before administering the medication in and spilled out the medication. After bringing up to her attention she stated that it was in. when I asked for the healthcare provider they questioned me as to why would I need them. I will never go to this incompetent place ever for any procedure. A family member had also experience the lack of knowledge and experience, costing her unnecessary medical expenses of 10,000 on imaging scans and emergency visit. Her condition was something that could had been diagnosed and treated in a primary healthcare visit. If you can avoid this place please do so.

I had issues with this dentist since the beginning, scheduling is all mixed up , they will only do one thing at a time so you have a bunch of appointments to go to just for a filling , they say that I need my wisdom teeth taken out which is not true, I had my bottom wisdom teeth taken a few years back and I made sure that I didnt need the top ones removed , he ten tells me oh well you dont use them ok so yah just pull them out! No! ,I came from Phoenix and Ive got all my work teeth done there just Insurance scammers ,they say I need another cleaning when I just got one done with them, they dont have it on record , they dont even know what theyre doing my paperwork is all mixed up different names on all the paperwork dont trust them not going there again. And on another note A nurse there stuck a needle in my grandpa arm and started wiggling moving around inside of his arm.

Been going to Ben Archer Clinic for years. And they go out of their way to help you. Customer service is good and professional.

Always fast, polite, and considerate. I've been going to this office for mental health for over a year and if there's ever been a problem, they've fixed it asap. Love them.

The worse dental place ever in Deming nm the manager name Melissa is bad and reception girls I wish the doctor know what's going on her office and the people she working with
