Dr. Parsons and Nathalie were so kind to me and they did a great job with my procedure. I highly recommend Bright star dental clinic! Great bedside manners and positive vibes. Kudos!

Staff was super nice from the minute I walked in with Carina at the reception desk making the check in process as a new patient super easy. Andrea, my hygienist made me feel welcomed also as soon as I walked back, giving me a mini tour of the place and explaining what rooms were used for. She was super nice and wonderful to talk to during my cleaning. Dr. Gilbert was also very nice, and welcoming. Overall a very great experience, I look forward to coming back in the future Update during my last visit at the office Andy was very nice, it is always such a pleasure to come in and talk to to her while my teeth get cleaned Dr. Gilbert was also very friendly and informative. He explained things to me, where it was easy to understand. I enjoy coming in to my visits with the Bright Star Dental team. Update 61324 Andy was great, as always it always is such a good experience to come in and get my teeth cleaned here. The staff is always super welcoming and nice. Update 12325 Went in for a teeth cleaning with Andy this week which is always a pleasure, she is one of the sweetest hygienist I've ever had. Dr. Parson was the one to see me this time and I did finally listen to their recommendation and scheduled an appointment for a crown. Andy had prepped me by telling me to bring something to do while waiting for it to be made, so I made sure to listen. Natalie was the one to help me out today and she was also great. She answered all of the questions that I had and even showed me when my crown was being made. There were some technical issues and the process took a bit longer than expected but it was no big deal for me. Overall a good experience, they always treat their patients with care, which is why I keep coming back.

My visit with Faith and Dr. Parsons today was excellent. I felt comfortable thru the entire process as they continually checked me on my comfort level. At no time did I feel uncomfortable or abandoned. They were very professional and attentive. Thank you guys for taking such good care of me.

Andy is the literally best person to ask for when you go in for a cleaning! Shes so gentle and quick and really made sure I was comfortable the whole appointment. You can tell she actually cares about her clients by the way she reassures you and is willing to answer all of your questions! Go Andy!
