This place is amazing! From Chandri ( may be spelling that incorrect) who answered my call when I was in a panic, to Ya ( Yasmeer) who made me laugh when I was nervous about my procedure, I felt so taken care of and so comfortable. Dr.Solomon was amazing, he took his time when I was scared about getting novacane ( and I didnt even feel it!) and walked me through the process before hand, very matter of factly. I trusted him 100 I called CCDE at 10am on a Saturday and they had me in at an appt by noon! Where else can you get that service! Good luck to Ana it was her first day and she picked out my crown color perfectly! Thank you

I had 4 wisdom teeth pulled by Dr. carlos. Ii was so nervous. When ii woke up infelt better than in days. Special thanks yo the team lead m.k and my assistant Ya and ki and nat. Btw special thanks to my financial help sydney. She helped me with the price. Thanks ya. Your great

Had the best experience at CCED. Ive been using another dentist for some years now, but they were unavailable when I really needed them. So I was referred to CCED by a friend who said how amazing they were he told no lies. Dee was the sweetest really made sure to meet my needs. We also share nicknames so that was a given. Also, Ya was a pleasure, very sweet, really took the feel of a dentist visit away. Ill definitely be back for my routine visits and care.

I have recommended hygenist Karen and Dr. Tummillo to many. I have used their services for many years. This office runs on time and I always get useful teeth info. Dr. T helped me when I smashed my fepn teeth in. The crowns he put in coloe matched perfectly.

This was the best dental experience I have ever had . Everyone was so pleasant and professional and the did a wonderful job on my extraction. I came in today as a walk in but I have found myself a permanent dentist. I would recommend anyone to go here , you will not be disappointed.

First time going to this dental office and I was helped by the dental assistant Ya. He was super knowledgeable and really made me feel comfortable at a new office explaining how they do things and why. Super friendly guy and will go back mostly because of him!

Ignorant dentist (middle eastern male) and the tooth extraction left me pulling additional remaining pieces of the tooth out, occasionally for 2 months after. Finally pulled a dagger like piece that had caused me pain since leaving their office. Never again.

My assistant was Ya. My treatment plan coodinator was D and Jennifer But my Dr. Was Dr. Huergo. I was in a wlrld of pain and confusion and he i tell you took care of me. Dont gl another dentist. I promise.

My wife was treated in June 2024 at Center City Emergency Dentist (CCED). This treatmentprocedure was paid via credit card the full amount (1,507.00) upfront. CCED instructed us to contact our insurance company on that Monday to file a claim since they were not open on the weekends. The Dentist office did not communicate adequately during the initial claim process in which I ended up speaking with the insurance directly to determine what information was needed and how I could help expedite the process. The initial claim, Claim 1, was denied due to missing documentation, which I subsequently provided due to the lack of communication and follow up from CCED. Upon the claim being processed, I noticed the liability amount for us was 197.20 and insurance company paid 614.80. This left an outstanding 695 that was not accounted for in the claim. I contacted my insurance to ascertain why this amount was not accounted for. I was advised that CCED needed to re-submit and they would understand why based on the documentation provided to them. More time passed and I wasn't able to get a straight answer from CCED as to why I hadn't been contacted back or sent a refund. I want to note that I was promised a follow up once they looked into it since the Claims Manager was not in on that day. I contacted my insurance and it was then explained to me that in a subsequent claim for the outstanding itemized treatment, Claim 2, the outstanding amount of 695 was denied and that the corresponding messagecode would be understood by CCED. On 1230, I contacted my insurance again since CCED had not kept their promise to follow up with me. I was advised that based on the claim, Claim 2, my liability would be 0.00. I am writing this review due to the fact that CCED has not communicated the steps they've taken in this process and my sole source of communication has been the folks at insurance. Furthermore, I have made 50 outbound call attempts totaling 94 minutes, to CCED with the majority of them being unanswered. In the rare instance, I was able to get someone on the line, I was promised a resolution and follow up call. I'd like to note between 0625 - 0830, I received 7 inbound phone calls totaling 21 minutes. I have not received a call back since 08302024 and I've been told the Claims Manager isn't in, they're busy at the moment, or they're looking into it and will call back before 4PM. I made two last ditch attempts this morning, 12302024 to contact CCED with no answer. It is my concern that as of this morning I have not received any reimbursement for out of pocket expenses and even worse, CCED is avoiding communication to avoid reimbursing us the funds, particularly as a result of Claim 2 since they received the same documentation as I did, which indicated my financial responsibility would be 0.00. Patient beware, while the services provided were excellent, this experience has left a sour taste since there has been little to no communication with CCED and as of late, it feels like, I'm being ignored as I'm sure my number pops up on their caller ID. Don't just take my word for it, check them out on the Better Business Bureau and other review platforms to see the trend.

Clean and bright. Modern technology! All of the staff is really nice and good at their jobs. It's easy to get an emergency appointment, too. God bless anyone who wants to work in dentistry.
