Went in today for a scheduled cleaning everything went very well. I was seen on time, the cleaning was done with care with very little, if any, discomfort. Thank you all very much.

All of the staff was amazing. They were very thoughtful and made it a great experience. The doctor was very patient and answered all of my questions.

Since we got to the office, the ladies in the front desk were very nice, the assistant that took the vitals was super sweet and nice, the Dentist and the hygienist were very nice and explained everything in detailed. THANK YOU!

Left my husband with a severe infection that required immediate extraction after several visits. Would not recommend.

I just lost 150 on a useless second opinion. I chose this place to get a second opinion on a filling that needed to be replaced. My usual dentist didnt have any open spots to replace it sooner. I went to this place and the dentist said I didnt need to replace it because I wasnt in immediate pain and that my dentist was wrong. I was a bit confused but ok I accepted the dx. Now a month later here I am scrambling to find yet another dentist to do the procedure because Im in mild pain and just lost 150 because that was the whole point I went to this place, to get it replaced but he refused. With the fee, the cleaning was included. The dental assistant that did the cleaning was nice but the procedure was a bit harsh. I also noticed that my teeth didnt stay clean and polished as long as they do when I go to my usual dentist. I always pay extra for the fluoride treatment to accomplish my teeth staying better looking for a while. Again, a month in and my teeth feel like they were not cleaned or polished at all.

There was not a long wait. The staff friendly and efficient. The hygienist is super nice and gentle. Totally like her.

The place looks great and modern.The technology of the panoramic x-rays is great.It's free for me.My assessment was that the Doctor did not want to challenge himself with me. He said I was not a Candidate for what I need I think he just wants the easy cases. Children maintenance teens that need braces. All of those are not really challenges. It's the elderly missing teeth that are the challenges in real life for a dental practice.

The dental hygienist was really nice. I didn't feel like I was a bad person because of my teeth. If dentistry want so super expensive I'd get everything done here at Cielo Dental. I have fantastic insurance and I still can't afford needed dental work. I had to take out a loan to get one implant placed and I need 3 or more, still to be done. I love this place, I just don't like the cost. Dr. Mendoza had afforded me to not be so anxious when getting into the dental chair. He was very patient with me and helped me walk through my fear.

Today I was treated by Dr John Mendoza and his staff for the first time. They were courteous and friendly and outlined a sensible treatment plan for me. The atmosphere in the office was convivial and pleasantly on time. I would recommend this practice to anyone looking for or needing dental services.

As I shared previously Dr Mendoza is absolutely the best dentist I've ever had the pleasure of being treated by. He is a perfectionist, and amazingly expeditious. His quality of work makes the unbearable pleasantly tolerable. I can say this unequivocally he and the staff are by far the best you'll find it anywhere in Southern New Mexico West Texas. By the way I've seen quite a few I'll be 73 in April 2025!

Everyone at Cielo Dental has been so helpful with every visit I've had thus far. They are willing to work with you and work treatments out to what best suits your needs and schedule. Dr. Mendoza is excellent at what he does and staff is friendly and genuine. Thank you all for such great service.
