Every time I've been to this dentist office for the past 6 years they have always treated my questions and concerns with the utmost respect. Crystal has been taking my X-Rays for the past few appointments and has been kind and courteous about the adjustments needed in order to get the best picture.

Crystal is absolutely professional and one of the most courteous and caring staff members. Doc was a little rough and mashed up my lip during an extraction but it was the last day of 2024 and he was busy. Much more gentle for every visit since. The entire staff, particularly the hygienist, Crystal, and the front office are great. I highly recommend this place.

Best customer service ever! Definitely satisfied with my experience here. Love the family friendly experience. Hilda was absolutely amazing in taking the time to perfect my crown after the root canal. The doctor was also amazing! Making it quick and easy!

For the past 4 months I have been going back and forth trying to get assistance with my account. Every month I am charged 80 for services covered by my insurance. Spoke to several people and even tried to provide proof of insurance coverage, but am always turned down each phone call. Tired and frustrated about this situation and business.

The staff was very kind and very insightful. Dr. Aldas was very throughout when he went over my treatment plan and made sure I got taken care of.

The staff is incredibly friendly and always makes me feel comfortable.

"I had a very concerning experience at this dental office. I visited on date for a procedure, and while the dental work was completed, I clearly informed them on the medical form that I am allergic to penicillin. Despite this, the dentist prescribed me this medication. This shows they did not properly review my medical history, which is a serious oversight. As a result, I had a severe allergic reaction that sent me to the hospital-something that could have been avoided if they had paid attention to the information I provided. This level of negligence is unacceptable, especially in a medical setting where patient safety should be the top priority. I would not recommend this office unless they implement better protocols to ensure allergies and other critical information are reviewed before prescribing medications. I'm sharing my experience so others can make informed decisions when seeking dental care."
