Great service. Very happy we found this group.

Went back THREE times to get my dental bonding fixed due to the color not matching. After the second time it took me two months to get in because they kept saying they hadnt received the order. Then they said Id have to pay again after the doctor said I wouldnt due to it being their fault not having the right color. Now my third time back the short male dentist was clearly annoyed that I kept pointing out the consistencys with his imperfections on my bondings and told me if I wanted them fixed I would have to come back and pay AGAIN! Those lines on the front are from him filing it and leaving it like that because I didnt have those lines before. I got home and could barely even floss between my teeth due to the lack of precision he had on putting the bonding separately on each tooth!!!! I called and talked to the front receptionist and she was RUDE and MOUTHED off to me when I was trying to get a manager to speak to about my experience! Trash people and trash place!!!!!! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!!!!!! I got my top four front teeth dental bonded and this is the uneven result. Day 7 with horrible bondings on front four teeth and now there is a brown spot on my front left tooth that looks like its inside my bonding and part of the line thats on my bonding.

I am so happy to have found this dental clinic because I had a cavity and left it for a long time and it was very painful but coming here was a very good experience for me

I am so glad I found this place. I had been putting off having my wisdom teeth removed for far too long. I booked here because of the great reviews. I had my wisdom teeth out in two different sessions. The first time went fine and I healed quickly. The second time I ended up having complications that were not the fault of the dentist. I called the very next morning and they had me come right in. The assistants at the front were so helpful and caring. Everyone took my condition very seriously and did everything they could to help. Dr. Shin and Dr. Garcia assured me that with time, everything would heal properly. I saw my regular dentist as well, and she also agreed that everything would be fine. Its been several weeks since then and I feel so much better and Im so glad I came here. My wisdom teeth really needed to come out and Im relieved its finally done and that I received the best care ever.

The Staff was very nice and professional. My Dentist was great and cleaned my teeth for the 2nd time and did a great Job. I would definitely recommend them to Family and friends

I went on May 2024 for a bridge, I paid 1600 because my insurance supposed to pay the rest for the job, a month after I paid I found out that I should be paying only 1075 for the job, I contacted the EZ dental after I called my insurance to get my money back for the overcharge, they responded to me that the difference was to pay for materials and lab for my bridge, something that its included on the bill they sent to Delta Dental, Im now trying to recover my money after talking again to my insurance to let them know the answer and explanation from EZ dental.

My third visit. This time the staff seemed disorganized. I waited over an hour to be seen. My first tech showed me to the exam room, then asked another tech to take over. The second tech took my x-rays, and assisted the dentist with my exam. I needed a deep cleaning, tech 1 came and acted like he would be doing that. Then he left and tech 2 came back to tell me that I would have to come back for the cleaning. I am not complaining, I know things happen and I know that this visit was was not normal. We will go back because the staff is nice, and we have had good care in the past. It's also great that we can see a dentist on Saturdays!

I was surprised at the response. Great staff and the orthodontist knew exactly what my daughter needed. No extensive treatment, nor expensive treatment like at the other places we had been to. Definitely staying here!
