Forest Edge Dental Care

I've never been a big fan of the dentist since I was a kid. Dr. Montano is very thorough and explains everything so you can understand. Jen is extremely nice and helps put you at ease. She also explains the terminology so you fully understand the process you're going through. I've had alot of work done so far and everyone was helpful and understanding. I greatly appreciate to kindness, minimizing the pain and easing my anxiety towards to dentist! I highly recommend Forest Edge Dental if you have anxiety or fear of dentistry!!! They are AMAZING!!! Everyone goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable!!! THANK YOU FOR A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!!

This was my introductory exam and it was very thorough. The staff were all very professional and pleasant. The room was clean and sanitary practices were followed. I'll be back.

I came to Forest Edge Dental after getting approved for Medicaid. I had not been to the dentist in years and had so much work to be done. Several cavities and crowns. I was treated like a person rather than just a patient. I enjoyed and appreciated the interactions I had with the doctor, staff, and assistants. I think Mel is definitely favorite. I have extreme anxiety at the thought of going to the dentist. I was prescribed medication to help with this and a "baby-steps" plan to tackle the laundry list of dental issues I needed help with. Thank you all so much for everything you do. It's not just a job for you.

Ive been going to Forest Edge Dental for a little over 3 years now and Ive always had a good experience here. Dr. Montano is really nice, knowledgable, and professional. The front office ladies and all the dental hygienistsassistants are super friendly too. Ive never had any problems with scheduling or waiting and all my cleaningsX-rays are always quick and easygoing. I highly recommend them.

I have to retract my first review. I would recommend Forest Dental to everyone that wants your dental work done right. They are the most concerning and caring about their clients. They go out of their way to make sure the client is happy with their outcome. Couldn't ask for a better dental experience!

Your new person that cleaned my teeth while putting water in my mouth didn't adequately removing it causing me to take water in my lungs and choking. I coughed a long time trying to clear my lungs. Other than that a good experience.

This is by far the best dentist Ive ever had! Everyone there was so kind, compassionate and friendly. From the beginning they made me feel at ease and comfortable. Mel the dental assistant was amazing, Dr. Andrea was gentle and walked me through everything and the office manager Greg is a wonderful guy. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for a quality dentist to check out this place. I havent smiled in a while and I walked out of the building smiling ear to ear. Thank you so much! Edit to response, No I was NOT treated with respect! As far as meds go, you prescribed me pain meds and antibiotics for the infection, but when it wouldn't go away you wouldn't do anything else about it....and just capped the tooth. I was treated very poorly by staff when they called to schedule me for more work and I told them I wanted to wait for this infection to go away before returning for new work. I had to go to a different dentist to take care of the infection. I wanted the tooth pulled which you did for me before on another tooth, nothing that needed to be refered out. If you want to pretend to be and outstanding dentist...then do what ever makes you feel good I guess. However, your response is completely false, shame on you for disrespecting me once again. Hands down the worst dentist I have EVER been to. Like something out of a horror movie. They were more focused on working on and or pulling teeth that were not bothering me than the ones that were. I had complained of a tooth infection over the course of almost three months. Gave me two or three days worth of pain meds for the infection and refused to give any more. Gave me antibiotics but they did not work and would not give me more. Instead of addressing the issue they just put a cap over it and I was told it was fine. Even though my gum was swollen and had puss coming out of it. The young receptionist kept calling trying to schedule me for more work and was extremely condescending and completely rude! As I told her I would like to wait for the I felted tooth to get better before returning. I finally asked the dentist to just pull the infected tooth and she just referred me to a different dentist. I was more than ready to be done with this office and had already decided this would be my last visit l was hoping she would at least pull the tooth but did not. Completely unprofessional and they clearly do not care about their patients health. I went to another dentist (not the one she referred of course) and they promptly addressed the issue with the infected tooth. Haven't had a problem with it since.
