KidsKare PC Family Dentists- Las Cruces

This is for the front office staff. I shouldnt have to wait one hour to be seen . Bickering at the front desk was also notice. Very unprofessional. Mind you Ive been coming here for 6 years, always the same long wait time. Im fed up!

My kid is autistic and fears the dentist, they made her feel comfortable and in control of all her treatment. She got two fillings and came out with a whole new perspective of the dentist. Highly recommend this place to anyone

Best dental office in town for family and kids!

One star for the good cleaning but service is awful. Spent an hour at each appointment for each family member waiting to verify insurance. Techs spent their whole time talking to each other and gossiping about others in the office didn't say hardly a word to me the entire time. Didn't even get an introduction.

Unorganized my lord. Havent seen anything like it!!!

I only trust KidsKare with my family. I know that we will receive the Best Dental Care , big or small. Friendly staff and comfortable chairs, providers treat you like family. I have never seen my smile, and now I just can't stop. Thanks to kidskare chaselabtech drgarcia 1dentist lovemysmile

The customer service is very poor. The girls in the front are very rude. When i have an appointment at 8am there should be zero reason i am waiting over an hour! They have zero consideration. And although the doctors are great the receptionist Ruined the experience.

Did not like the service received here and the staff apparently made follow-up appointments for my entire family without our knowledge they have a cancellation policy. Not ok that appointments are made, you don't tell us about them but will charge us the cancellation fee if we don't show up. Will be driving to El Paso for my dental care instead.

I don't know how many people become fans of their dentist but they sure have the staff that is the bomb and amazing and the hospitality was way beyond.to be greeted with a smile an d by name is unheard-of now a days Dr. Appointments have always made me feel at home and not just the next patient never have I experienced such great service on a hospitality clinic. I will let my friends and family to come to Kids Kare that's for sure.

The facility is clean and looks great. Unfortunately customer service does not seem to be important to some of them. My young daughter is very nervous about dental procedures, and we have repeatedly told the staff this. She had an extraction scheduled with laughing gas, and my wife arranged for our other children to be watched so she could support my daughter. Only after my daughter was sitting in the exam chair did they let my wife know that they ran out of laughing gas. They said to keep wiggling it and reschedule the appointment. I do not recommend this office for nervous people. Their lack of communication wasted our time.

Dr. Park and Alexis were amazing with my little. So kind and patient. All the techs in the back, just extraordinary! A very special thanks to the ladies up front helping with scheduling our kids to accommodate our restrictive schedule.

Dr Park and his assistant Alexis are total rock stars. I have been really scared to go to the dentist. Alexis put me at ease and told me what the dentist was doing (root canal and crown) step-by-step. Dr Park is a very good dentist, and he is definitely my dentist from now on. He fixed a tooth that another dentist said had to be pulled. He cares about his patients, and that is really important to me. The reception staff is polite and caring. I recommend Dr. Park.

I have had excellent care. The dental cleanings are better. And my two crowns have excellent workmanship. Staff sre nice. Thanks.

Disappointed that w my new mouth guard broke twice, at home the first night I used it, and then a second time while I was there . The new mouth guard we tried for a perfect fit, but it was Hard to take out and broke once again while Dr. Garcia was helping me take it out. Hopefully the LAB and Dr. Garcia can make this third one a perfect fit. Make a wrong fit a right for the third time, hopefully successful.

They clearly dont care about others time or have any time management. If my appointment is at 930 to think Id be helped atleast within 30 minutes. Its been an hour and a half and nobody cared that I was sitting here for that long without anyone calling me. Then when I finally say something they tell me, Oh sorry youre not due for an appointment it's too soon After they called and texted saying I was past-due. Thanks for making me wait for nothing and not even telling me. Definitely will not be coming back.

Very disappointed that I got out of work early to go for my 430pm appointment and to be notified that the doctor left already. I'm shocked that they didn't even call me to notify me of whatever the situation was. They're good with calling and calling to confirm the appointment but then for them to forget about you and your appointment. I had to reschedule my appointment from April to May because of my work schedule and to be told "the doctor left already". I guess that's a sign to take my business elsewhere.

This place is an absolute scam I had braces in the 5th grade my wisdom teeth are perfectly aligned I had to go through X-rays and all kinds of things to ensure my wisdom teeth were not going to affect my teeth after my braces I was blessed to have perfect wisdom teeth and did not have to have them remove thankfully upon my first visit here as a 37 year old male after 20 years of no problems with my wisdom teeth the doctor tries to remove them there's nothing wrong with them and they do not bother me but yet he demands that I get my wisdom teeth removed for his financial benefit do not go to this place this place is a scam Plus they will not leave you alone they will scam call you every freaking day every freaking week every freaking month harassing you begging them begging you to allow them to scam you do not give these people your information

I was literally blown away at the amazing customer service, compassion and care I received today. I went into the office and was treated with such love and understanding and such a professionalism that I would definitely highly recommend service to anyone in need of treatment. Dr. Scheib was professional and very sweet, addressed all my issues and worked very well and efficiently. Danielle, Cynthia and Maria were amazing! They truly warmed my heart. Thank you again for all you do and all your hard work!

I was very pleased with the professional treatment I received from Dr. Park and Alexis. I had a root canal performed and the procedure went very smoothly, and painlessly. Adamary and the others were also professional and polite in assisting me during my consultation and appointment.
