My hygienist Myra is amazing!!

I've been a patient for many years. Everyone is so nice and friendly. Today is my birthday but I had a dentist appointment anyway. When Christine found out, she gave me a gift from everyone. She's so thoughtful.

I have been going to this office for cleanings for 3 years. I love everything about their business and have zero complaints or suggestions. The facility is very nice, modern, clean. The staff are always friendly, welcoming, informative, and thorough. The charges are reasonable. I have been self pay and used insurance. Both are easy. When I asked for an orthodontist referral I was given 2 that I was very happy with. Also, I love their pens and they always let me have 2 for my work! Update, I went again Jan 2025 and very happy. Of course they gave me 2 pens. TY Ray Dental.

Excellent Care

When Dr Bridges was there, I was happy with treatment I received. If I ever had a problem, I could go to him and it would be fixed and good. The opposite is true since he has retired. In 2023 I visited the office for 3 different check ups and never had x-rays done as they were supposed to do. The dentist had been tracking some minor issues from 2022. In 2024 I finally got x-rays and those issues had become problems that needed to be dealt with. Ray Dental has not offered any suitable solutions to work with me on the problem and has told me that I will be responsible for work when it probably could have been prevented had I had x-rays in 2023. They have only offered to fix some fillings that they did in the first place.

Best. Dental. Office. Ever. Everyone is extremely nice and Dr. Anh is the best dentist Ive ever had! The buildingoffices are nice as well. Its great to have such a wonderful office in Rapid.

Very informative and caring, 100 bad experience with other Dentists, but they were just great. They always had a smile, from the moment you walked in you felt at ease.

My experience with Ray Dental has been great the entire time that I have been going there as a patient since i was young. Scheduling or rescheduling appointments is easy and flexible. The dental hygienist are very knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions during routine cleanings and such. The providers are very nice and easy to work with.

As always, my visit to Ray Dental Group was pleasant due to their friendly, knowledgeable staff and expert, efficient service.

Friendly, knowledgeable, affordable. Just recently, had to change insurance due to job change. It is anxiety producing to have to find a new dentist. They really made the process so easy. If you are looking for a dentist you will not be disappointed with Ray Dental Group.
