Remcon Prime Dental / Dr. Changhun Kim

This was the first time visiting this dental office, and I am very happy that I was referred here. The young receptionist who greeted me with paperwork was so very nice and welcoming. The entire atmosphere was pleasant, nice professional, and I was made to feel comfortable. The young technician Delilah was so very nice. She took my x-rays and she was constantly asking me if I was OK. There was another young man who assisted Dr. Kim during the procedure and he was also very nice. Dr. Kim gave me seven fillings with no incident whatsoever. Dr. Kim was very very nice, professional and fast. He knew exactly what he was doing. I felt very safe at his hands. When the procedure was over, Dr. Kim reassured me that if anything different from the norm were to happen to immediately call him or his office and let them know. When I arrived home and anesthesia had worn off much to my surprise, my teeth felt great and I was given a beautiful smile. I really love the work that he did on me. Without a doubt I recommend this place to other people and I would definitely come back. Thank You So Much Dr. Kim and thank you for your office staff. I recently visited Remcon Prime Dental and had an outstanding experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. The office itself is clean, modern, and very comfortable, which immediately put me at ease. Dr. Kim was beyond fantastic! They took the time to explain every procedure in detail, ensuring I felt comfortable and informed throughout my visit. Their expertise and gentle approach made my treatment as painless as possible. Im not sure who actually likes going to the dentist, but to find a good one is hard these days. And I personally give this dentist, Dr. Kim and his staff, (Delilah, Sarah, Erica, Jackie, and all the others) a 5 star review for their excellent work. Dental work is first rate. Virtual paiñless. Dentist and staff were exceptional.

First of all, the dentist and staff who work on my teeth do a wonderful job and are very friendly. I really like them because they do amazing work and communicate well with me, even though Im deaf. Ive never had any issues with their services, and I trust them to take care of my teeth. However, I was very upset because last year, I told them I preferred to use my insurance 100, without any out-of-pocket expenses, as I needed to focus on my budget and save money. They understood, but later I received a bill, which was very upsetting. It really hurt my budget and finances. While I appreciate that they were willing to let me pay what I could afford, I was still very disappointed. I decided to give them a second chance after they promised not to bill me again for additional charges because I had important dental work that needed to be done. Unfortunately, a few months later, I received another bill, and now Im very upset. I will not be returning there again.
