Got my teeth whitened and he burnt my gums, plus the whitening didnt make it a difference at all careless and inexperienced

Super nice staff and great environment

Dr. Mark Tall is a great dentist, coming in on Christmas Eve to fix a tooth for me, I would recommend him to anyone. Him and his staff are very professional and concerned for my comfort.

I would recommend this office to anyone who is scared of going to the dentist or needs a dentist! The hygienist are amazing and make you feel so comfortable! They are amazing! The dentist "Dr D" is the most amazing dentist I have ever been to!! I have been afraid of dentists my whole life and he made me comfortable with no anxiety what so ever! If you have bad teeth and feel self conscious about yourself, this is where you need to go! They make you feel like family!!!

I went in with a ton of tooth pain. They did absolutely nothing. Sent X-rays elsewhere to get a second opinion, and told me theyd shoot me a call about it. Told me I was probably fine and sent me home. Never got a call, and confirmed that X-rays were in fact not sent anywhere. Spent the day in agony. Went to a different office after not hearing anything and right off the bat they found a HUGE abscess. Took care of it on the spot. Overall place had a rich snobby vibe to it. Mood for sure changed when they found out I didnt have insurance. If youre well off this office is probably fine. But if youre a regular Joe with no insurance and some teeth issues, look elsewhere.

Sandcreek Dental of Idaho Falls Staff members were all AMAZING, KIND, CONSIDERATE. I will DEFINITELY be going back. I'm so happy to have finally found a Dentist that I like. Thank you all for a great experience, Maribel Cahalan
