As a new patient visiting the practice for the first time, I was highly impressed with the level of professionalism at Search. After X-rays were taken, they were displayed on a wall-mounted video monitor so that Dr. Search could refer to them and point details out to me. He and his staff were warm and personable, making me feel valued as a new patient. We were able to formulate a plan for my dental health and scheduled the next visit within a week--a pleasant surprise in this era of waiting months for many specialist appointments.

Great friendly staff. The dental staff are very engaging and friendly. The dentist is kind and listens to your needs. The waiting area is welcoming. They have comfortable furniture to sit in while you wait. The time you check in and wait to be seen is very short. My experience was very pleasant.

I had a terrible experience at Search Dental today. I went in for a basic teeth cleaning covered by my Cigna insurance, which allows two free cleanings per year. Instead, without any prior notification, they performed an advanced cleaning and charged me 40 for it. This is unacceptable for a so-called "professional" dentistry. They should have informed me before proceeding with a service that would cost extra. This lack of transparency is incredibly disappointing, and Ill never recommend this place to anyone again.

I want to thank Janelle and Dr Kolluri for all their hard work completing a very difficult crown that I needed. They were always concerned with my comfort during all procedures. The crown is now successfully in place!
