Yesterday was my first time at Appletree Dentistry and I cannot say enough good about them! I went in for a cleaning and X-rays after not making it to the dentist for a couple of years. Jean, my dental hygienist, was AMAZING! A sweetheart who does a great job with incredible compassion- always putting the patients needs and comfort first! And Dr. Simpson treats his patients like family! What great care! Im so happy I found this little gem! Thank you Appletree!

I just recently changed dentists to this location and am very pleased to have done so. Ive since gotten a cleaning and 2 fillings done and have had a great experience with the staff, hygienist, and Dr. Simpson. Ive recently changed insurance companies due to the new year and havent gotten my new insurance card in the mail to locate the number for billing, one of the office representatives did the work for me and located it for me without me asking which I appreciate, I told them I would do some research and they immediately called me back saying they found it for me. In addition, they were willing to split my payment into two payments which I appreciate being offered to me. Its the willingness to fully do all of the leg work for me and go that extra mile that made it better. Its the little things. Extra points for everyone being personable and funny to lighten the mood of an already daunting task.

Our whole family getting the best dental treatment with Dr Simpson since 6 years and we are extremely happy and grateful for the wonderful support we are receiving especially our daughter Nita. We definitely appreciate and acknowledge their wonderful clinic settings with such beautiful and committed staff whom we highly regard and love every one of them. Great dentist, staff and the best hygienist.

I was overdue on a cleaning because going to the dentist is my least favorite thing to do but my experience here was super good!!! It was my first time being a patient there and they did a super good job at explaining things, recommending things, and did a very thural cleaning. Overall I had a really good experience!

I am in no way here to bad mouth the dentist, I would just like to hopefully save someone from pain and further expenses because of faulty work (which the dentist admitted to). I am Mexican-American, was in early 30s, and never had any issues with my teeth minus one root canal (diff dentistexcellent work). I was very lucky. The crown he put on the tooth several years later has completely changed my entire bite and has caused cracked teeth. I will not go over our conversations during our visits (too long-winded). What I will say is is that when the assistant pulled out an old camera phone to take pictures and did not use office equipment, I should have up and left. I will take responsibility in trusting these trained professionals. I made a mistake so if this review helps someone not make the same one, then it does. Office was nice so they get 1 star.

I was overdue for a cleaning, but they were able to get me in quickly. The dental hygienist was extremely careful and gentle. My teeth have never felt so clean. The dentist was kind and thorough and did not try to up sell me on a service or treatment. I would 100 recommend this dental practice and look forward to returning in 6 months!

Dr. Simpson is outstanding, he does an excellent job of explaining things, he did an exceptionally thorough exam, and he and his staff made the visit very pleasant. They were all so kind and courteous. Overall a great experience!

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Simpson and the team at Apple Tree Dentistry in King City. Over the past year, I've had to get two crowns, and prior to that, I had a few other dental issues. Dr. Simpson has been nothing short of amazing throughout it all. His approach to dentistry is incrediblehe genuinely believes in pain-free care, and I've never felt more comfortable in a dentist's chair. His bedside manner is top-notch, and his professionalism shines through in every visit. The staff at Apple Tree Dentistry is just as fantastic. They're always kind, welcoming, and they really go the extra mile to make sure everything runs smoothly. One of the things I appreciate the most is how they handled my insurance for the crowns. They took care of all the legwork, which made the entire process stress-free for me. Its rare to find a dental office thats so committed to making things easy for their patients. The location is convenient, the care is excellent, and I honestly can't imagine going anywhere else for my dental needs. Best dentist ever. I have not felt so genuinely cared for as a patient since I was a kid. They took their time to do a thorough job and explain everything in a friendly and non judgemental way. I was super impressed.

Family atmosphere. Very skilled, knowledgeable staff. Great customer service! A true pleasure to visit.

They are absolutely incredible when it comes to dealing with my anxiety issues. Compassionate, accommodating, they don't write mean things in your chart which also helps. All the staff are very kind and have been incredible to get my dental stuff taken care of.

I can't say enough great things about the people here. They honestly enjoy what they do and want to help. Every option is gone over not just the quick and easy payouts. I'm really picky about my dentist and im so glad I found this place. I'm truly happy with the treatment, understanding and genuine care they show to everyone. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.!!

Im shocked by the reviews here. We tried scheduling an appointment and the receptionist Danielle couldnt give me a straight answer for why we couldnt (using OHP) then just hung up. I called back thinking we were disconnected and she flat out said she hung up, then proceeded to yell and again hang up when I asked why we couldnt just pay out of pocket. Im going to assume I caught her on a bad day, but she obviously thought this was okay to do. Jared was great! Once I called back he very clearly explained why they couldnt help which totally made sense. We werent at all upset, my mom just needed an emergency appt, so we were trying to get her in anywhere and wouldve happily paid out of pocket. Felt a bit like Danielle was judging her based on her type of insurance. Ive never heard of someone being forced to use insurance if they dont want to. Very bizarre experience. Wouldnt go here or recommend it based on this experience alone.
