Aspen Dental - Keizer, OR

The staff from everyone that works there goes above and beyond including Dr!! They care about your pain wouldn't work on me until I was numb enough! I had infection being treated and they took out 2 teeth one of my root was curdled and they told me step by step what they were doing and using continously asked if I was hurting they would stop numb more as needed! They did do well all a felt was pressure! I missed an appt for to car problems was rescheduled next day without feeling like I upset everyone in office! They explained everything from pictures to finances and care after work being done, no question to them is not dumb question, everyone works there show privacy dignity and companion!! This was also first time meeting office very first appointment!! , I would highly recommend this dental office to everyone there absolutely wonderful!! Thank you staff Teresa Yates

Very nice and professional staff, they are very welcoming and extremely knowledgeable Very happy to have chosen them for my dental needs!

The front staff is very friendly and I was called to see the dentist within 5 minutes of arriving. The dentist and assistant were efficient and the dentist gave me helpful information. All in all it was a pleasant experience.

So, I continue to get asked to do a review on Aspen Dental.. so, here it is. I needed to have a new partial made, My understanding was they had an in house lab and could do it same day or next day, so I go there. They take xrays and then send in the dentist, she tells me I have to have all my teeth pulled and a new upper denture. I was in shock. I told her that my remaining teeth are just fine and very strong, also backed up by my regular dentist. When I insisted that I was only there for a partial, she said that takes a couple weeks because they send them out to be made. They only make full dentures there. So clearly, they will convince you to yank all of your good teeth so they can sell you a full denture. Before taking any of their advice, I would suggest a second opinion.

My initial visit went well. I have some challenges, and they have helped me through these challenges at this time. The visit was quick and with a good sense of humor from those that I communicated with.

Friendly staff, clean rooms and knowledgeable people. They work with you and not against you, they listen. I can't wait to continue doing future business with them.

Im only giving three stars because today was my very first visit. My visit went well and Jason was a great help in explaining what the cost would be. Im now waiting for my appointment to get a root canal and I will give another review after that appointment.

Called and made an appointment over a week ago and spoke to someone at the front desk. I let them know during that phone call that I had OHP and she said that thats fine and the initial fee would still only be 30 or around there. I show up to my appointment today and they tell me if I DONT have insurance thats how much it would cost out of pocket and told me today that because I have OHP Id have to pay over 200!! Dont even bother with this place. Or if you do just tell them you dont have insurance if you go through OHP youll probably have more luck. You guys should be better about your communication I would give this place a 0 start if I could.

I've always had a good experience with Aspen Dental. Today I was allowed to drop in for a tooth that came off my denture. I dropped it off and a short time later it was ready for pickup. The lab also fixed another tooth that was loose in the denture. Receptionists were wonderful. Thank you as always

Excellent and friendly staff! Barely any wait time and I did not feel rushed. I even decided to switch from my regular dentist to Aspen Dental!

It's been years since I was last there but they're still very nice, engaging and knowledgeable. They offer several options tailored to each individual depending on their needs. The news I got today was disappointing but not surprising. On to plan B.

It was not smooth they tried to get me to buy most expensive Im on social security wanted cheap just left found what I wanted for 600 he wanted 5000 there nuts

Took a friend there for an appointment after he called and talked with them. He was told they accepted his insurance plan and that he could be late as there was a last minute cancellation and he didnt drive so hed need to find a ride which the person knew. Got his appointment and 8 min after the appointment time was cancelled. We finished driving there anyway. Cody the guy behind the desk was incredibly rude and wouldnt apologize he stated the people we talked to was just a answering service and not part of the company which may technically be true but the customer doesnt know who they are talking to on the phone isnt the actual company and it shouldnt matter. I was frustrated as my time and gas had now been wasted and I left work to help my friend out. Then after they have another cancellation so he can be seen at 3pm they asked what insurance he had. Guess what they dont even accept it. So whats the point of an answering service if they provide only wrong information. Something NEEDS to be done about this its absolute CRAP. DO NOT GO HERE.
