Boulevard Dental-Alicia Chou D.D.S

Trying to make an appointment. Two messages later, no return call. Returning patient. My insurance didn't cover something they supposedly forgave but now I can't EVER get through and no one calls back. I'll edit this review if anything changes.

This is my second year going to Boulevard Dental and they are amazing. I held off going to the dentist for far too long in my adulthood because of my anxiety. But Im very glad I found Boulevard Dental to go to because they are very patient and understanding of my anxiety. They take great care of me and keep my teeth so clean!

I can only speak good things about this place every single person working here are very professional, polite, attentive and what not. I'm very impressed and glad that I found them, my wife and I have been taken care of during multiple occasions and it's always the same experience.

Dr. Chou and staff are wonderful. Best of all, Ive not been hesitant to go to the dentist for the years and years Dr. Chou has been my dentist. Its a long for me drive, but worth it - great care and no pain has been my experience.

Dr. Chou and her team are phenomenal. From the time I walked through the door I was greeted with a warm welcome. The receptionist was very kind and efficient, the hygienist was knowledgeable, kind, and patient with me an did a wonderful job on my teeth. Dr. Chou did an excellent job of finishing my teeth and explaining my exam. Im very pleased with the outcome of my service and highly recommend them and will return again! Thank you!

The receptionist Bianca was friendly and a smile to greet you. The person who took xrays was fast, helped me with the bite wings because I gag and very patient with me. The dentist, Alicia, was very friendly and made my visit very calming, relaxing and very professional. Will return in 6 months. Very comfortable experience.

Absolutely 100 recommend! All of the staff were welcoming and personable, making the experience more comfortable. They have a designated room thats specifically for babieskids, which my little one enjoyed! My husband and I had back to back appointments so we were able to attend to our kid. Dental assistants and Dr. Chou took their time with us, were so gentle, and went beyond with the dental care provided. The receptionist made appt scheduling smooth direct. My past experience hasnt been great, but I look forward to the care given by Dr. Chou her lovely team!!

Great experience! Dr. Chou and her staff were patient and thorough. I normally have a lot of anxiety when visiting the dentist, but this experience was one of the best Ive had.

I love this place. Best experience I've had in a dental office, and they have been 100 consistent. I used to live close by but have since moved out of the area. But, I've never considered finding a closer dentist. It's totally worth it to make the drive. I highly recommend it.

The team here is phenomenal! They are super kind and remember our names. They do their best and we always feel happy about our encounters when we leave. We definitely will be staying with this dentist for a long time!
