Had a root canal done here that ended up having to be redone. This dentistry improperly fit the porcelain crown to my tooth. Pretty upsetting expensive mistake

Hello everyone, I'm sorry but I've had the great experience of my life with this dentist, it's possible that many say that I'm wrong but no, very bad work and very expensive, with this I let you know that there are better dentists, but it's time to stop this price abuse and bad work,.

Dr Chris did an amazing job on my root canal. Highly recommend, very gentle and thorough. Couldnt be happier to have him do it.

Staff was very friendly and professional.

Been going there for years. Doctor Chris and Doctor Kays skills are nothing short of perfection. They restore teeth that other dentists say are beyond repair and tell you they have to be pulled. They dont make you feel bad about bad teeth. They just restore your teeth to a youthful beautiful smile. I cant say enough about them and once you go to them you will never go anywhere else.

Very satified with dental care

I have been going to Canby Family Dental since we moved to Canby 5 12 years ago. I have been very pleased with both Dr. Chris and Dr. Kay. They are very conscientious and always explain my options. The only thing I dont like is having to pay my out of pocket portion before the insurance pays. I use a HSA account to pay and if insurance pays more than anticipated, the office will put a credit on my account, which would be fine except the HSA makes me pay back the credit, which comes out of my pocket until i have another procedure done. I definitely recommend going here. They are always able to get me in very quickly!

Excellent experience. No pain procedure. Staff and Dr Lee were reassuring and shared what they were doing during each step. I highly recommend Canby Family Dental.

Good place to get teeth cleaned

I have been a patient since Covid and have loved Dr. Kay. However, as of recently one of the receptionists has been so rude and talking down to me about me calling and trying to schedule a cleaning that I was told I needed to get done as soon as possible. I've been on the cancellation list for weeks with no follow through. I'm changing dentists effective immediately! Dr. Kay is good at what she does but the face of the office is losing a client

Had a root canal lately and experienced some complications. Dr Chris kept on top of things, even checking on me over the weekend, making sure that I am getting better and asking his staff to check up on me continuously! Im very glad that I am his patient The staff is also very friendly and considerate! They are extremely patient and made me feel very important.
