Cosmetic & General Dentistry

Im not one to complain, but this place has gone downhill! My family and I have been coming here for over 7 years without any issues, but ever since the team changed, this has become THE WORST DENTAL OFFICE in New City, NY. The pricing is completely inconsistent, and theyre terrible at handling insurance claims. They fail to send the necessary documentation to the insurance company, and instead, they just send the bill directly to us. Before a procedure, theyre quick to assure us that our insurance will cover a certain amount, but after its done, were hit with a 1,000 bill because they didnt properly process the claim. This level of service is unacceptable, and its disappointing to see how much the quality has deteriorated! Me and my family are never going back to this place again!

As daunting as Dental visits can be, I always enjoy going to my Dentist Dr. Danielle Scheir (Dr. Dani) and her staff Denise, Joanne, GiGi, Giselle, Donna, Lourdes and Cherie are all phenomenal with providing your accommodations. Schedule an appointment you will not regret it.

They exhausted my annual dental benefits without letting me know. Now I am responsible for an 800 bill. Will never come back here or recommend this place.

The dental hygienist cracked my front tooth. She then proceeded to retake X-rays to cover her mistake. By telling me they couldnt find my original X-rays so she retook some to show the crack front tooth. Very disappointed that they thought I was stupid and wouldnt know that when I walked into that office I wouldnt know my tooth was cracked to start with. And the way they all played it. From giving me what it would cost to repair. I just let them go on with it. I will never go there again.

I wish I discovered this office years ago. I dreaded my visit to the dentist, so I avoided it. This is what dentistry should be. From the welcoming and inviting waiting room to the customer focused and caring service I will not miss future visits. Kudos to Denise for the thorough and nearly pain free overdue cleaning. Dr. Danielle has now put together a treatment plan to address the issues caused by my procrastination. I highly recommend Cosmetic General Dentistry of New City.

Very unprofessional Dental office and lacks basic communication skills. The Office says one thing and does another. I wouldnt recommend going to this Dental office even if you were paid too. Communication is very important in any successful business establishment and this company communication towards me as a client was disgraceful

Friendly staff, comfortable waiting room, clean comfortable office, easy check in as they text you a link when you make the appointment for the new patient ppwk . They honored a teeth whitening special for me and my boyfriend, going back for a whitening treatment and follow up.

Having been going to Cosmetic Dentistry for many years and they are great to go to for all your dental needs. Denise is an amazing dental hygeinist I have gone from having many teeth issues to none. Highly recommend. Fred

The staff is extremely warm, friendly and welcoming. Kathy does an excellent job and is very knowledgeable. Every one always makes me feel welcome. Never any pain. All aspects done professionally.

Dr. DaVita has a friendly and caring manner and a professional demeanor. I highly recommend her as your dentist.

Great dental practice. My hygienist Danielle was fantastic.

Mandy was wonderful. She explained everything she was doing and checked to make sure I was comfortable. Nobody at the front desk acknowledged me on my way in or at my exit. I was very surprised because that is not my typical experience.

The young ladies are all so kind and friendly. They explain every move to the letter. Giving you that warm comfortable feeling. Dr. Dani is amazing she takes time to explain what's the problem is (if there is) and gives you all the options.
