Very thorough and efficient!

I have had little to no wait time for all my appointments. The staff is very friendly and courteous and knowledgeable in all aspects of my visits, to regular cleanings,to x-rays,to extra periodontal care, to the billing working with my insurance and calling messaging me to help me keep a reminder of my upcoming appointments. I am thoroughly pleased with Dental Associates of Delaware in Millsboro. I don't feel like just a client there...

Very good and excellent work

Had a great experience at Dental Associates of Delaware. Dr. Wang was very thorough explaining all aspects of my procedure, what to expect during the procedure as she went along, and provided a clear set of expectations and directions following the procedure. She did this while showing exemplary compassion. The assistant and office staff were very caring as well. Highly recommend this practice. Thanks to the whole staff for showing your kindness and professionalism. Great job!

Everyone was very nice and very informative.

From Carol at the front desk, to Lindsay, my dental hygienist, my experience was, wonderful. Best of all, Dr. Wang, always makes me feel like a VIP. She takes time to check in with me, address any concerns I might have, and always makes me feel at ease. She is she is top shelf, providing excellent care. I consider myself very lucky to have found such a great organization in my backyard.

I am writing this review, as I'm not satisfied with the charges from this dental office. After an extraction and bone graft, I contacted the office manager, Ashley, to discuss these charges. Basically, when I signed my treatment contract, I told her this procedure was not fully explained to me and I was I unaware that this 1,000 procedure took only FIFTEEN MINUTES with only minimal materials bringing a total cost for the extraction to 1500. That charge is excessive and outrageous, to say the least. I felt that I was overcharged for this work. I've had extractions with other dentists, where the bone graft was included as part of the extraction fee. So, I assumed this was a NEW, extensive, bone graft procedure. This was NOT new or EXTENSIVE. This was not explained to me in any detail before I signed my treatment plan otherwise I would have not agreed to these fees. So, the purpose of my call was to explain the situation and to relay my grievance about these fees. The response was SORRY you feel that way, and that comment was conveyed on several occasions, during our brief conversations. I didn't call for an apology, but all I got was SORRY! I really don't appreciate someone trying to handle ME. It seem this dental office doesn't have any consideration for its patients by not paying attention to what they're saying. This is unfortunate, as Dr. Wang is good dentist, but this is what happens when you do business with a dental group who only cares about set fees and . My wife and I will not be returning to this practice for any future dental work, not only for their excessive fees, but the fact that they don't listen to or try to resolve patients' grievances. In conclusion, SORRY you feel that way is never the right response to a grievance, especially by an office manager. Tom Myrt Grosso

Kally and Dr Wang are fantastic!!!

Sue went back and even cleaned the teeth I had as a baby. (Joke.) Her cleaning was by far the most thorough cleaning I ever had in my lifetime (not an exaggeration). Plus it didn't hurt. I didn't even know my teeth could be cleaned that well. She's an amazing hygienist and I'm thankful I found her and this office.
