Good dentist, terrible billing. Paid several thousands in advance for my sons anesthesia and their billing was submitted incorrectly. The insurance denied coverage despite my 11 year old having a clear and valid reason for dental work under general anesthesia. The insurance even told me that the claim was submitted incorrectly by the billing office. After months of my time and effort, the insurance finally accepted the claim. Towards the end, the billing office threatened to charge me 6k for the denied coverage! As if that wasnt enough, the dental billing office added another 500 months later stating that they under billed us. Well, I refused to pay due to their negligence but now they sent this to collections. SMH. Needless to say, we wont be going back there.

Dr. Patel and the staff at Dental Professionals do a great job of running a practice that is welcoming, knowledgeable, and that provides an excellent experience. Over the years, experiences with other providers has left me with non-negligible dental phobias, but everyone here inspires confidence and reassurance, and offer options to make the visit as comfortable as possible.

Have been coming here for years and I really enjoy Dr. Patel. She is very sweet and thorough with her exams and her staff is just wonderful.

Dr. Patel is really kind and tries her best to help you. however, I had an unfortunate experience with her. She was unable to fix my issue twice. Once because the fill she did was rush and came out after 2 weeks. when I went back to have the issue fixed she told me she didnt have time which inconvenienced me because I had to schedule another appointment with her. They then charged me 50 for attempting to cancel 4 days before my appointment.

Honestly, this is the most a accessible, compassionate and patient office I've ever worked with. I am deeply afraid of the dentist and every single time I am treated with the understanding and patience needed to approach my dental needs in a meaningful and manageable way. I cannot express the appreciation I have for being able to have the time to make decisions about my car in an unjudgemental way.

Very caring dental professionals. It is a pleasure visiting with the staff at Dental Professionals. They are very caring. The dental hygienist worked to make the procedure comfortable and I am very impressed. I am very happy with the service and professional manner the people at Dental Professionals make you be as comfortable as possible.
