Dove Family Dentistry

They botched a root canal and crown on my wife. They botched a crown on me. We both had to go back multiple times for what should have been one time procedures due to their poor performance, without a concern from the dentist or office. They recommend treatments and filings when other dentists didnt say a word about the need for one. Dental assistant way too involved doing the dentists job during crowns and other major procedures. Fair amount of staff turnover. Overall not a place I could recommend. The rating doesnt make sense - pretty sure you are paying for the 5 star rating.

Dove Family Dentistry at 600 39th Ave SW Puyallup WA 98373 is awesome dental clinic, and the staff is amazing. I am please with the implant I got with them. Excellent!

I recently developed some dental concerns and searched for a new dentist due to my dentist retiring after many years. Dove Family Dentistry really hit all the high marks! The doctor and All his staff are so skilled, professional and compassionate! I could not be more pleased with my experiences with Dove Family Dentistry. I highly recommend them!

If I could give them 10 stars I would. Fantastic staff and atmosphere! Our whole family goes here and we cant say we have ever been thrilled to go to a dentist and oddly enough, we enjoy going to Dove Family Dentistry! They walk you through every step of the way, they lay out all your dental and billing options and never force you to do anything you don't want to. They are all so polite and fun, not just to the patients but also amongst themselves, you feel like part of the family when you visit. Most importantly they encourage you with healthy dental habits with no judgment!

It was clear they all really cared and the dentist himself said he was 'glad' I was there. Great place, amazing people.

I just got a cleaning done. I have to say that it was the best teeth cleaning experience I have ever been through. Dove has invested in an incredible machine that cleans teeth with gentle care. I always receive awesome service from the staff at Dove Dental, and the rest of my family feels the same way.

Dove Family Dentistry has well exceeded my expectations of a dentist office. It had been too long since my last visit to a dentist and they put all my fears at ease. I chose the right place. And after about ten visits they have always been very caring, friendly and informative through the process. I never thought I would look forward to my dentist visits.

This was my first visit after being highly recommended by a friend who is a retiring dentist. Initial phone impressions were of a very friendly yet professional and organized operation. My first visit confirmed my initial impressions. Office staff was very friendly and efficient. Appointment started on time, perhaps a few minutes early. Hygienist was very friendly and reassuring. Exam and cleaning was extremely thorough, while being cognizant of my initial apprehension about seeing a new dentist. This apprehension abated rather quickly due to the persona and professionalism of the hygienist. I don't usually write reviews and then only when very warranted. That is the case here. Based on my impressions thus far, I highly recommend this dental practice.
