Absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. I was seeking a consultation about Botox for my migraines and was treated with so much compassion and expertise by both Dr. Mai and Lexi, her assistant. The girls up front (Hayley Bethany) were both beyond helpful and their presence was calming as well. I HIGHLY recommend Elevate for anything related to Botox or cosmetic treatments. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made the entire process seamless and comfortable. I felt truly cared for and informed every step of the way. Elevate will be my go-to for all my esthetic needs, and I will definitely be back for dental treatments next!

If you are in need of a dentist, look No further!!! My dental work is very complex, and these guys made me feel like it was nothing, just a walk in the park..(when really I knew I was a big deal) I cannot explain how calm they made me feel, in my most hated place to go! Seriously each and every staff member were AMAZING! The front desk was so sweet and professional, and I want to Specifically point out Janice Lindsey, they are my favorite! Janice literally makes your comfort her personal project EVERY step of the way! I mean she even put my nose ring back in for me!! Who else does that?! Janice is a treasure! Lindsey I could have talked forever, she explains the money side of it gives you so many optionsdetails! Dr.P totally knows what hes doing and also takes your comfort personal too! Their space is so aesthetically pleasing and calming.. Every room, and every hallway! I wish I wouldve taken pictures, you have to check them out to see what Im talking about!!! Ive already told everyone I know!!!! This is by far the BEST dental experience Ive ever had, and Im actually very excited to go back in 2 weeks!

I recently had two appointments at Elevate Smile Design, and I can confidently say this was the best dental experience Ive ever had. My first visit was scheduled on very short notice after one of my fillings (done by another office) broke, leaving a hole in the back of a molar. The front desk team went above and beyond to accommodate me, fitting me in the same day and ensuring I had enough time with the doctor to address my issue. Their service was warm, welcoming, and professional from start to finish. I was treated by Dr. Huang, with Krystina as his assistant during my first appointment. Krystina was fantasticshe gave me a tour of the office, helped with X-rays, and prepared everything for Dr. Huang. Her bedside manner was impeccable, and I loved how communicative and attentive she was throughout the process. She even briefed Dr. Huang on the purpose of my visit and shared personal details I had mentioned, which made the experience feel personalized and seamless. Dr. Huang was exceptional. As someone with TMJ and a history of not-so-great dental experiences, I was nervous, but he made the entire process smooth and pain-free. My tooth was fixed with precision, and for the first time, my jaw wasnt in pain after a dental visit. The way the team communicates internally is top-notch, allowing for quick and informed decisions. They also adapt their communication style to suit your preferenceswhether you want all the details or a straight-to-the-point summary. By the time I returned to the front desk, I felt like I was leaving new friends. Lindsey and Bethany at the front office were incredible, ensuring I understood every aspect of my visit and going above and beyond to set me up for success with future appointments. My second visit was just as impressive. Lexi made the start of my appointment so fun and comfortable, and Haley patiently answered all my questions, even using visuals to help me fully understand the next steps. Once again, Dr. Huang exceeded all expectations with his skill and care. If youre looking for a dental office that prioritizes patient comfort, top-notch communication, and excellent care, I highly recommend Elevate Smile Design. This team truly sets the bar for what a dental experience should be!

I have over the years had bad experiences and have a lot of anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist. Elevate Smile Design made me feel comfortable and put my fears at ease. I was given things off of their comfort menu such as a blanket, a lavender infused neck pillow, and headphones for music that were connected to a TV with all kinds of apps. I expressed my concerns about everything as we came up with a plan of care. The DR. made sure I was completely numb before starting anything and constantly checked in with me on my comfort level. I will definitely be going in the future for more work.

They were awesome. They made me feel like I was at a spa all I needed was a glass of champagne. Even though I and they knew I couldn't afford to get the work done they still made me feel like I was part of the family. I recently visited Elevate Smile Design after landing a new job in tech, and wow what a treat! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Tasha, the amazing and lovely receptionist, followed by Bethany and Lindsey, who made me feel right at home. The deep teeth cleaning by their Dental Hygienist Jennifer was incredible two sessions, four hours, and not a speck of plaque left behind. They were kind, helpful, and made the whole experience smooth (literally!). Meeting Dr. Mai and her husband was such a delight. As a fellow Vietnamese, I felt so welcomed, and they provided clear, thoughtful options for my Invisalign journey. After a bad experience at a different ortho office, this team truly listened and turned things around for me. And lastly, a special shoutout to Dr. Yoon (if he ever sees this!) youre highly missed, especially those snazzy bow ties! Wishing everyone at Elevate Smile Design a very merry and bright holiday season this place is truly a gift in Spanaway.

They were very welcoming and nice to me and my son. They gave us a tour of the place before the appointment which was nice. They offered coffee and drinks. And very accommodating. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist
