Absolutely the best dentist office I've been too. I went in for a X-ray, ended up getting my wisdom tooth pulled. Literally done within minutes absolutely no pain price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this clinic..

My experience was excellent. Front staffDental Assistant and Dr Kyle were very kind and helped me get out of pain. I Highly Recommend them. Great job!

Was going to try this place. Except the owner shows no responsibility whilst even responding to reviews. If you blame the people for calling you out. Then you are a weak and terrible person.

This Dentist is SO good! He cares about his patients and their best interest above his pocket book! I felt so well cared for and trusted that I wasnt being taken advantage of. He could have easily just done an expensive root canal, but instead he did adjustments and asked me to rest my tooth and wait and see if we can save the root first. My tooth did calm down and heal (and it was REALLY hurting) but it recovered! Its been about a month now and I am so grateful that I chose to see this Doctor and that he got me in so quickly. Great staff at this office as well.

They are wonderful! I was seen today by Dr. Maxim for an extraction and he and his team were so amazing! They were all so kind, knowledgeable and supportive. My teeth were a mess and I felt no shame or judgement by them at all. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Absolutely terrible experience. I had an emergency. They were able to schedule me a couple hours later on a Saturday. Seems good so far, Right? I have dental insurance, but for some reason, they couldnt verify my dental insurance on a Saturday so they dont tell me this on the phone. They wait till I drive 35 minutes in agony to their shop to tell me its going to be damn near 500 out-of-pocket. Greedy, deceptive, opportunistic, and unfriendly Do not go!!

My husband walked out without his prescription mouth wash realized it when he got home, they claimed he didnt leave it at the office and wanted him to purchase again. Karen at the desk is nearly incompetent in billing and most certainly unqualified to be in a customer service position. I do not recommend conducting any form of business with this location or any of the other locations associated with Emergency tooth doctor.

Quick and easy. X-rays and onboarding were done without any fuss, and staffdentists were courteous and professional in their approach. Would be happy to come back at any time.

I had a complicated wisdom tooth extraction. The procedure was flawless, Dr Phan and his assistant were excellent. They told me the steps and what was happening. No pain. I highly recommend! I will be back!

Staff is nice, but they sent my dentures to their lab 2 weeks ago and only just now found them. I will say once someone in charge figured out they were missing they found them quickly. And everyone was very nice.

I was having horrible nerve pain late last night. My normal dentist wasnt open or answering the after-hours phone so I looked around and called at least 10 other clinics. EDT was the only one that answered and got me in the next day on a Saturday. I have to have a special kind of numbing agent and I have terrible dental anxiety but they handled my case professionally and promptly. I had to have the tooth extracted but Kathy and Dr. Crawshaw made the procedure as easy and tolerable as possible. I will ABSOLUTELY be using them again and recommending them to friends and family. If youre looking for a warm and fuzzy clinic with all of the special TVs and accommodations, this might not be the clinic for you. But if you want the job done quickly, correctly and for your care to be taken seriously, I would recommend EDT in a heartbeat.

An incident at work caused a mug to fall on my face (I work in restaurants), causing the lower part of my front left top tooth to chip. Though the clinic was very busy and short staffed due to the Holidays, they were able to get me in within a few hours of the incident, as well as allowing me to come back in nearly 10 minutes after leaving my appointment to fix an uneven part of the tooth they fixed that i hadnt noticed. These ladies were so friendly, and provided excellent service. Thank you!

Awesome! Wife went in yesterday in excruciating pain from a very sensitive tooth. Josh reception ( who doubles as assistant) was very sweet and kind, professional at every turn. Dr Crawshaw( cray) was also awesome! He was as gentle as he could be . The extraction was quick and as painless as possible. Wicked fun sense of humor too! Wife got in same day ! No pain today! The price was very reasonable and they were up front with their estimates. She can now enjoy the holidays NOT in pain after weeks of suffering. From our hearts.. A warmest shout out and THANK YOU! I had a good experience here, showed up for my appointment and was treated great they all had a good attitude as I've been dealing with a extremely painful wisdom tooth... The surgeon made sure I was fully numb before quickly extracting the tooth, he was a pretty quiet guy but that's fine he was just focusing on doing a good job! Pricing was fair they were very specific with my post treatment as well which was awesome. Thank you I appreciate it very much and have found my regular dentist from now on.

DON'T RECOMMEND! I honestly gave them 2 stars only because the people were nice. The rest of my experience sucked. I went for wisdom teeth removal about a week ago and they seem like they aren't organized. First off, when the dentist was injecting the local anesthesia, I think he hit my nerve in my lower gums because a whole lot of pain just shot up my face. And all i got from the dentist was "oh, woops"... that didn't make me feel too good. That specific side he hit swelled up huge but the other side he didn't hit didn't swell at all. When the procedure was complete, they were supposed to give me the oral mouthwash that reduces swelling and redness, but they sent me home without it. When I noticed they never gave it to me i thought i could handle the pain in my gums but it became hard so i had to go back to the clinic and ask for the mouthwash. They never gave me the squeeze bottle to flush out the food particles out of the extraction holes either. So for the last couple of days ive been manually picking out food bits from the holes using a toothpick sadly. I might just have to go buy the bottle myself.

They saved me when nobody else could. My regular office scheduled me 2 weeks out for an emergency extraction. ETD was able to get me in same-day. Im usually nervous at the dentist but I felt very comfortable through the whole experience here. The Dr. and staff were extremely helpful, understanding, and polite. I would definitely return for any emergency dental needs.

I needed an emergency extraction and it was able to be pulled notoriously difficult to pull a two-root tooth without breakage, and it came out easy enough that a few hours after, it doesn't even hurt. Fast, easy, clear directions.

I went to the Beaverton office due to some pain occasionally in one of my molars. I was told that I may need a root canal or they can do a filling. If the cavity was too deep they would have to just do an extraction. They quoted me about 7.30 for the filling 127.90 for the root canal and about 807.4 for the crown... These are all prices after my insurance. They couldn't accommodate me at Beaverton since their molar root canal person only was available when I needed to work. They checked the other offices and good news, there was an appointment available at the Tigard office in two weeks. I go to the Tigard office and sit in the chair. The Doctor suggests we should try to do the filling instead of going straight for the root canal. Okay, let's try it. They are halfway through the procedure and a guy comes in and shows me a paper saying the cost would be 175. I said okay. After the procedure I go to pay the price on the credit card machine read 275. I was like, "You said it was 175 just a few minutes ago." The guy said "Oh my bad I forgot to add in (some other stuff)." I'm kind of bewildered and confused just having my mouth worked over. So I go to my bank app and transfer more money to my account to pay this guy who is basically robbing me. Just not realizing what's going on, I pay the guy and leave. They gave me an Rx for pain pills when I never asked for them. Quite frankly I'm surprised they are not under investigation by the state or at the very least the Better Business Bureau. They do work on teeth... But beware of their quoted price... They will charge you way more than what they tell you. I barely make enough to live here in Portland at 20hr and then there are businesses that outright rob their customers. This business practice needs to change. Reply to the reply from the office. The root canal never was needed. The filling was advertised To me as costing about 7. They charged me 275 after quoting me 175. The 275 presented on the credit card reader was an absolute surprise. I am, and you (the reader) should be insulted that the office doesnt even understand what they did wrong and seem to stand by their fraud. I am confident that if the 275 filling failed I would still need to pay all the money for a root canal and crown again. This dentist is a vulture. Beware.
