I came in with an emergency and was potentially life threatening and the staff here immediately took me in and fixed me up, the way that this place is run is great, Ive never felt comfortable at the dentist resulting in negligence to my teeth but ever since Ive come here for work I have had no problem with anxiety or feeling uncomfortable at all, I would recommend this place to anyone who has dental anxiety or just doesnt like the dentist, the staff is super friendly and dr.northrup is easily the best dentist Ive had!

I had an appointment on 12042024. Jeremy did an awesome job he was very friendly and very professional. I was having discomfort with my temporary crown but he fixed it for me. Good job Jemery and thanks for all your hardwork.

I came in because my Dentist was closed and I needed a retainer repair. Jeremy was incredibly helpful and fixed everything so quickly. They didnt even charge me! Im very grateful for their service.

Had a cleaning today...have you met AHMED? He is the new hygienist with the great team. He was fantastic. My teeth feel great!!!! He was gentle and kind and thorough. Aumnee is very welcoming with her warm and contagious laugh. Jeremy, there is so much to say about Jeremy...he works so very hard both up front and in the back and does whatever he can to help the dental careappointment(s) go smoothly. Dr. Northrop is so kind, thorough and supportive and allows a nervous patient such as myself to go at my pace. This office may be very busy, and you may have to wait at times, but they are well worth their time. Thank you!!!

I am so grateful i found a dental team,who really takes care of my dental needs. The front desk staff are so friendly and helpful setting the tone for the visit! I live the office feeling like a million bucks! The Drs and hygienists are highly skilled , knowledgeable, and professional! Considering my fear and apprehension going to the dentist due to painful experience in the past, finding Federal Way Dental Excellence I was extremely pleased and not under any duress, nor did I feel any pain during the entire process. Everyone was pleasant and caring about my visit being as comfortable as possible. I thank goodness I found this wonderful facility and the great people working there. The work was done efficiently and completely, and I healed right away and felt 100 with my dental condition.

Amazing staff, especially Jeremy! He is extremely talented at all the things at the office, I dont think there is anything he doesnt do! Hes so good at explaining the procedures, the dental plan, and the financial details. He is always sweet and is always willing to help! I feel like I am in good hands as well as my children with the doctors and staff at this office and I highly recommend them! )

They tell you that it's covered and get you in the chair, then tell you oh by the way implants are not covered but bridges are. Then do the bridge if it's covered. Then six months go by and we get a bill for 3573.00 and they want there money because the insurance doesn't cover it. Be careful of this place. Not only will you have no teeth you will not have any money either.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED Dr. Sandy and her staff are AMAZING!!! I had an emergency on a Saturday afternoon and they were so accommodating to get me seen within a matter of an hour (including the 30 minutes it took me to drive there. Since then, they have been warm, welcoming, highly professional and Dr. Sandy is 100 Pain Free which has been a major plus. I cannot thank them enough for taking such great care of my smile.

I was a patient for several years at SeaTac family dental care in Federal Way. I moved to Bonney Lake and decided to try another dentist close to my home. I started having problems with my teeth and needed bridge work done. Decided I wanted a second opinion so I went back to SeaTac family dental. They got me in right away. From the front desk, to the dentist, I felt so comfortable and confident in getting the procedure done. You wont go wrong with any dentist there. To the front desk manager Paulette Perez, you are at the top of your game. Thank you for explaining the procedure process along with the billing. I would rate you 10 stars! I changed from my old dentist when I moved. I love this dentist. The office staff is pleasant and efficient and the dentist is great. I really appreciate their prices as I am on Medicare and have no insurance. A cleaning is 100, and its only 125 for cleaning and X-rays. Im so happy I found this place.

I was anxious about getting my bottom two wisdom teeth out but Federal Way Dental Excellence made the process super easy and I had a speedy recovery! Dr. Yeh is the best and I would highly recommend him and his staff.

Dr. Spinelli is great! He is very invested in my comfort and explains what he is doing. Felicia was assisting and also great. I totally recommend both of them.

I have been with Federal Way Dental Excellence for over two years. Dr. Yeh and all of his previous staff have provided me with unbelievable care and support. Love going here. They are honest and don't do procedures just because. The dentist I have is friendly and professional. Explains what's going on so I can understand. Makes sure you're comfortable before procedure begins. Kelly is great! Very smart! Wonderful dental hygienist. So friendly and my teeth feel so clean after seeing her. I actually look forward to going to the appointment. You can tell she enjoy what she does.

Incredible experience and care from Federal Way Dental excellence! From start to finish I was made to feel welcome and comfortable! From the time I walked in and made the long over-due appointment, to the appointment day, xrays great technology and the lady who did them and assisted all the way through, consultation, Kelly the hygienist, Dr. Simonetti who extracted 2 teeth and really put me at ease, Paulette the manager who helped me with a good time frame financially for continued needed care! I can't say enough about this office and service. Everyone working together and putting me at ease. And I can have everything I need done in one office!! I'm deathly afraid of dentists, I've been coming here for almost 4 years now, just had my teeth cleaned the other day and they didn't even hurt me, I'm 72 years old I love this place anybody looking for a great dental place go to dental excellence in Federal Way, they work with you and they help you and they're great, they even do dentures my mom just got hers done here and my sister I got all my own teeth but they work on them and I love them

Dr. Michael N. and Dr. Spinelli are both amazing dentists. I have bad anxiety when it comes to sitting in the chair, but they both have made me extremely comfortable during each visit. They don't just treat you like a patient they treat you like an everyday citizen and comfort those with anxiety, like myself. I have been with this same dentistry on and off since 2017. Jeremy at the desk is wonderful as well. There is financing available, and he ensures it is affordable for you.

I love this office, I would recommend it to anyone! They truly care about you here, the front is amazing and they can get you in quickly if you have an emergency. The doctors are all fantastic, so caring, and do great work. Definitely a 5 star this place!
