Such a positive experience for my kids! Staff is super friendly, patient and encouraging to young patients.

Dr. Beck, Katie, and Keia were incredibly kind, patient, and understanding today with my two young daughters. My girls absolutely loved their first dentist appointment and I felt confident they were well cared for and healthy. We've tried other local dentists but appointments were always stressful and hard - geared more to older children or adults. Fircrest Children's Dentistry knocks it out of the park with their kid-first approach from the moment you walk in the door. Well done!

Completely unprofessional staff. During my son's appointment today, I borrowed a medical stool to sit on while my partner took a chair. I didn't feel like I was using it inappropriately while I was there. I would turn on it to look at my partner and moved it while we waited to keep my feet from hurting (I just got off work from a long over night shift). I was literally wedged between a counter and my partner, I was stuck in one spot. However a technician who was working with another patient took issue with me using that chair for some reason. She came over and gave me multiple safety warnings about it. She wouldn't let it go though and it reached a point that it became condescending. We're all adults here, come on. If you didn't want me on the chair, kindly ask for me to hand it over and let's switch chairs. If you felt I wasn't being safe on that chair, just explain to me what I was doing wrong and ask me to stop. If you don't want parents using those chairs, make a clear policy about it. There's no reason for so much passive aggressive behavior over a chair.

Very friendly staff. They also give out cute prizes to the children afterwards.

The dental assistant made my daughter (2 yrs old) feel very comfortable and happy during the cleaning and even sent us a thank you card. I believe her name was Blair. She truly went above beyond.

I took my toddler son here who is otherwise a pretty anxious kid when it comes to doctor or dentist appointments. They were so patient and caring and understanding. He actually let them floss his teeth, which he doesnt even let me to do most of the time! He left and was so excited about going back to the dentist. I highly recommend this dentist if you have any kids who are a little apprehensive about visiting the dentist or a doctors office.

I am in the dental field myself, but trust me you don't want to end up at my office for dentures if you can help it, of course I'm going to be tough and critical when it comes to my 2 young children(6 and 9). The gals at front were ridiculously nice and very professional. Last time I was with them at dental appointment the Dr. Seemed so nice and always had a smile. I really could feel he cares about his job. I love the environment and am so very pleased with the service. People really need to be realistic in dental practices, its not wham bam thank you maam. Any good clinic will have customers and that is an excellent sign about the staff and dentist. I am very happy that my friend referred me here, this place is a gem in our community and should be recognized.

What a great dentist! Staff is outstanding!! Kids feel safe and comfortable. And when they're done they get to spend a coin at the Treasure Tower!

Amazing dentist and staff. Dr. Beck is very attentive with each of my kids and with his other patients. My son had prior negative experiences with other pediatric dentists and was not keen on going to the dentist but with Dr. Beck that all changed. Dr. Beck turned my son's negative experiences and made them positive. We travel 30 miles each way just to be seen by Dr. Beck. Amazing dentist and amazing experience with each interaction.

Seems like all They want to do is Cleanings My daughter had Cavity instead of doing anything about it The Doc sent us to the ER To put my daughter on IV... Doctor in the emergency Room did not agree And just wrote her a prescription that the dentist should have.. The emergency Room doctor agreed that the dentist should just Wrote a prescription.. And they did bill my insurance.. When they did nothing but look at the teeth...

Love DR. Beck and his staff my son has autism so going to the dentist was a fight, Dr. Beck always made me feel comfortable and didnt mind my son making it hard for him and now years later my son is not scared and does what they want him to do. Love this place

Dr. Beck and his staff are fantastic. Every experience we have had has exceeded our expectations.

We were referred here from another dentist, I don't know about the dentist, but the office staff is enough for us to move on to another dentist office. I guess when your a high volume popular place, you get to start being unprofessional with people.

I am super happy and impressed with my experience my kids were normally going to a different dental office but due to a certain issue my daughter had, we were referred here. I ended up liking my experience so much that I switched all of our services to their office for all 3 of my children.

Amazing! The staff are extremely friendly, patient, and helpful. Its very kid friendly yet professional and clean. My kiddo loves going here.

Set-up appts for two kids. Waited 2 months. Appts have disappeared have to wait 2 more months. With wait times like that they won't miss us.

Wonderful place for a child who may have had a bad dental experience in the past.... which was exactly my sons situation. Dr. Beck is absolutely amazing as well as his staff. Everyone is very friendly and they take the time that each patient needs. I would recommend Fircrest Children's Dentistry to any one of my friends or family...or any one for that matter!
