Dr .Mike and staff is amazing with kids we first started with Dr.Mike from a different dentist office and we switched no sooner we found him in university place thank you all for your amazing service

Literally the best dental experience my 10 year old has ever had. The staff is friendly the dentist is knowledgeable and the whole experience from making the appointment to the day of was seamless. I highly recommend Floss is Boss Dentistry.

This is the best kid dentistry ever! Dr.Loung is amazing, patient and funny. All the staff are kind and funny aswell. They are like a family beyond their original families. They make the children feel at ease , even offer little gold coins so that they can buy things from their machine when leaving. The office is nice and clean. If you have children , this is the dentist to goooo! .

We love Floss is Boss! My almost 3 year old said Im so excited the morning of his dentist appointment. All of the staff is so kind and they have a great set up to keep kids happy including tvs, cute decor, stickers, a fun coin prize machine kids can do after their visit. My son loves it.

This is a new dentist to my child and we love em already! Just one appointment so far has sold me their business. The office is very clean and neat (although having kid toys or entertainment around won't hurt). The staff are all so friendly. I was highly impressed by the dental hygientist who took care of my 5yo. She understood and had patience with them. The dentist was just as great too! Thank you Floss is Boss!

I set up an appointment at Floss is Boss for a second opinion on my sons teeth because I had left his last appointment completely confused and had no idea what was actually going on with my son or the right steps to take. I searched and searched for a new dentist when I suddenly came across Floss is Boss and realized this is my oldest sons old dentist who I loved! He would sing songs to my oldest during his appointment, and tell me how well behaved he was and how he wished he could have a day filled with children like him. I was confused when we suddenly werent getting him anymore and thought I just got scheduled on a day he was off until it kept happening. It all makes sense now though and I am thrilled I found him! Although I was unable to be there for this appointment as I had work, his dad was fortunately able to be there. From what his dad told me, I already feel so much better. I have so much information I didnt have prior. My son himself loved the experience and said he would like to keep going here vs his last dentist. I am excited to be present for his next appointment!

Amazing Care for Kids! We had such a wonderful experience at Floss Is Boss in University Place! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was bright, welcoming, and perfectly designed to put kids at ease. The staff was so patient and friendly, making sure my child felt comfortable every step of the way. The hygienist and dentist were amazing at explaining everything in a way my child could understand, which made her feel empowered and not scared. Even though my daughter usually needs nitrous during cleanings, this time she didnt, thanks to their gentle and reassuring approach! The office is incredibly clean and organized, and they truly go above and beyond to make the experience funthink cool prizes, engaging activities, and lots of positive reinforcement. I highly recommend Floss Is Boss to anyone looking for a dentist that genuinely cares about making dental visits a positive experience for kids. Were already looking forward to our next appointment!

Dr. Mike at Floss is Boss is the best! I highly recommend this office to anyone with kids (especially if your kiddos have anxiety when going to the dentist. ) He is great with kids,and makes them feel comfortable!

I absolutely love Floss is Boss! They are amazing with my kids. Very gentle, and kind. Explain to me and to the kids what is go to happen and what to expect for each service. They have an outstanding atmosphere, that kids and adults enjoy! Plus side is they give me a nice coffee when we have an early morning procedure

Everyone was so kind and welcoming to my daughter for her first cleaning at the dentist. We definitely will be coming back for a check up in six months.
