I would have given no stars if it were a option. I moved to this practice when my dentist sold his and moved away! I went 3X. There was no dental hygienist. The doctor spent maybe 3-5 minutes cleaning my teeth. On the first visit x-rays were taken. The last time I was there was over a year ago. I told the dentist that it was important to me to have new fillings on my two front teeth. She said oh we can't keep working on those teeth the insurance won't pay for it! I said what are you talking about?I have had them worked on for over 20yrs with insurance and without. She then told me I had several cracked teeth that need work immediately. I knew immediately she was not telling me the truth. I would know if I had any. Last week I went to a new dentist! I had x-rays and a full check up and cleaning! Guess what I have no cracked teeth! This woman attempted to scam me and my insurance! The doctor's name is Sing. I have revised this a bit this morning. The receptionist from the office called me within 24 hours of my original review. She was very nice and professional. She asked some questions and then offered me a cleaning free of charge with a hygienist.I did accept that offer with the condition that I have no interaction with the doctor! I had an excellent cleaning done. I do appreciate the gesture but,I will obviously not be returning as a patient.

For the same tooth I kept being put on Antibiotics when I've mentioned that I am being flushed on too many that they aren't working like they should, but they didn't listen last time and they tried to do the same this time. I came In because my tooth broke even more and I just wanted it pulled...nothing special..but they wouldn't remove the tooth and wanted me on meds...I stated I wanted the tooth pulled and that's it..also who ever does the Emailing obviously has a attitude and is pretty ignorant when I was being polite. I don't recommend the office.

Always very professional and never have issues getting appointments. Great dental practice.

They helped me understand all the issues with my teeth and told me about an unfinished root canal from years ago that I didnt know about

I came to them after having what I believed to be a bad experience from a previous dentist so my hopes werent high. Instead of trying to sell me on crowns i didnt need like the last place I had gone to, which would have costed me an arm and a leg, they instead did fillings which didnt cost me anything thanks to them accepting my medicare. I think Dr. Lou was her name, shes great. She even helped fix my bite after the last place I went left it feeling uneven. A lot of dentists just want your money, these people made me feel like they actually cared about me, which felt nice.

Special mention to hygienist Dr. Annie. Very professional. She was experienced and did a deep cleaning without any pain. Dentists are knowledgeable and friendly. Neat and clean place.

Going in I was pretty apprehensive because unfortunately my teeth have gotten to be out of control.. fortunately however my apprehension was misplaced. I didnt get all of the staff or their names but these three specifically were all up in my mouth so theyre who Im naming specifically. To start I was called back by Melissa who I immediately felt at ease with, and she listened to patiently with understanding, and didnt judge the state of my teeth. Then there was the next person Annie who numbed me and did my deep clean. She had a more serious vibe so I wasnt to sure about her but she also quickly put that to rest and was friendly and you guessed it, patient and non judgmental. Those two really put some work in I didnt see to much of the good Dr. Sing but she came in, drew up a care plan that isnt outrageously priced given my damage, and Im excited to see how were able to save my smile and get to know the rest of the team definitely made me realize how silly I was for avoiding dentists.. Edit i still absolutely adore Melissa and Annie, honestly even more now after my last visit.. dr sing will not be in charge of my care or anywhere near my mouth. Im glad my nana was there to help put me with the other dentist who Ill be seeing in December, apparently hes much better so well see how it goes
