Gentle Dental Lancaster

They told me I was not allowed to go back with my husband for his appointment. They told me there was no room for me and I had to have paperwork which was a complete lie because there was other patients right in front of my eyes just going back and forth from the back where the patients go. My husband was extremely nervous for this appointment and really needed me. His blood pressure was so high he went into stage 1 hypertension. This Gentle Dental is the most rudest place I have ever been to. They were nice to every single patient but for some reason (and I am not going to bring race into this matter) they did not like me, I was not rude, I did nothing wrong, all I did was ask why I could not go back with my husband. You do not treat your patients like this. I am absolutely appalled at the people that work at this Gentle Dental. They need to learn some manners and learn how to respect others, and to not judge someone just by the way they look.

Good luck talking to anyone. I've called 5 times over the last week trying to schedule and get stuck on and endless hold loop. Tried scheduling online and never received a call back. Don't waste your time.

This place is the worst!!!!! They rescheduled me TWICE because of a mistake on their end. No one at this office communicates with each other. Go somewhere else if you want better service and to not have your appointment rescheduled multiple times.

The service and staff are very caring and helpful. Heather is an excellent dental hygienist. She has helped take care of my dental cleaning and hygiene for years.

Great facility and awesome people

The nurse was pretty terrible and caused me significant discomfort. She was overall very bad at instructing me or informing me on what I was supposed to do, what was expected of me etc. The dentist himself was really good and explained things well, as well as informed me of my options regarding my insurance and what he could help me with. The place itself is... odd. There's practically zero privacy in the back rooms, no doors, few walls to divide the patients, and the chairs for the patients were far too short for me to actually use properly. This is expected of the dental industry in America, however, and is very middle of the road--especially for those of a poorer class such as myself and others with OHP. 35 would use again due to lack of options.

I received great service during appointment. Dr. Hopper took care of my dental emergency the best they could. I ended up getting an extraction done due to how broken my tooth was. He took his time trying to get me ask numb as possible. Due to myself having a hard time getting numb. Extraction went well and healing up great. No I have zero pain from that area. Thank you again.

The dentist I saw today was good. Not long waits for appointments is nice. The office is new and usually full. My only complaint is that the hygienist I had was super rude, and unhelpful. Her name was Estrella. I've had issues with the front desk being rude and very unprofessional in the past. It's not the smile keepers we used to go to. It's not as personable

Great service! It looks a little small and ugly from the outside but inside the offices are nice and spacious.

Great service. Very clean. New environment and updates. Very happy to be a patient. I'm marking it down from a 5 to a 3. It is so hard to get in. My insurance covers 2 cleanings a year. I can only get one in a year, because it's like they have toooo many patients or not enough help. It's been this way for years. I can only hope this part gets better now that they are no longer Smile keepers.

Never a good experience they book you out close to a year even for chipped or broken teeth they dont care about getting you in early what so ever all around its just never a pleasant experience

Broke my tooth, got an appointment the very next day. Now have to wait for six months to get the tooth fixed. Maybe they need more staff, very busy.
