Gentle Dental West Salem

The hygienist was terrific, thorough and friendly. I love getting my teeth cleaned. Dr. Means is personable and thorough as well. I'm very pleased with the care at West Salem Gentle Dental.

Dr Means quick, painless, explains what needs to be done. Humorous, you don't find that very often in a dentist!

They got me in and out in a timely matter. Very easy to set up an appointment.

Dr. Means and hygienist Kim are professional, friendly, and have provided great dental work during the past year that I've gone to the West Salem office.

My visit was a good experience. All staff was friendly and very helpful in making me feel comfortable. Front desk personnel is friendly and she was very efficient in explaining how I could set up my follow up appointments. I like the Dentist. He has a great way of explaining what needs to be done and why a person might hold off on some things or move forward on other things. It was greatly appreciated. The Dental Hygentist was also very kind and professional.

They make sure you get seen regularly so cleanings are easier for us both. I love this place

Great bedside manor. The dentist is so nice and makes me laugh the entire time I'm in the chair All the receptionists are so kind and helpful. No one has ever been short with me and the dentist did a beautiful job with my fillings on my front teeth. I walked out of there with my self esteem back and a beautiful smile again I was nervous since I have OHP that they would just do the bare minimum and hurd me through like cattle, but nope! I can't rave about this dentist office enough! They are also very timely with appointments, I never had to wait months for each visit. Pretty much got all my work done in the same month. I'm so thankful for ALL of their help!

I did not like it that my minor child was left alone with cleaning dentist without me (parent) present thru out the whole process.
