If I could rate it 100 stars, I would. From the front desk to Ms. Joly and Dr. Pablo is beyond incredible. This was my first visit in 10 years due to an incident in another office. Ms. Joly made sure I was comfortable and informed me on EVERYTHING that was going to be done, and the tools she was going to use. She made me feel at home (yes at the dentist lol). I appreciate and recommend Ms. Joly and this office and will be making this my dentist for life. Thank you Graham Family Dental. 100100 stars all around!

1252025 Ms. Jolie is gentle, thorough, painless, caring with your comfort in mind (neck pillow nice). Dr. Chen is always fabulous since 2006, with soft hands. A bright cheerful knowledgeable artist, his 2008 crown still going strong 612023 new update review everything fabulous Wife I and both sons, been regulars every 6 mos, since 2006. Everything and everyone there are Fabulous! Clean, bright, good ventilationsmell, Wi-Fi, beverages, family friendly and courteouscaring peopleenvironment. Relaxing, inviting, and never rushing. Been under greatawesome care of Dr. John Chen, Keenin and Jolie (hygienists) since 2006 superb bedside manner, very caringskilledknowledgeable clinicians. We had one of the best experiences there yesterday, having not been to the dentist for a long time due to the anxiety of it, I wouldnt have wanted a better experience. Jolie was an amazing care taker, and the doctor was so nice. We will be taking our family there after our visit.

I have been going here for about 4 years, I have never had anything except exceptional service from every associate i have been seen by. They are extraordinary, and i have had a bad past with dentist but this one is the best.

I have never loved going to the dentist until I switched to Graham Family Dental Care. My Hygienist Terri is the best! She is compassionate, understanding, and so comforting. I used to get major anxiety going to the dentist but she makes it feel like Im hanging out with a friend. I love her! 3

Graham Family Dental Care is the best dental office we have ever been to. Our regular exams and cleanings are always so nice and accommodating. I usually have 4 or 5 of our 6 kids with me and all the staff are so nice sweet. My husband has had a large amount of work done and they were so sweet to make a plan of care and work with him. And last night our youngest daughter needed an emergency visit for a fractured tooth. They were able to see her right away, they were so sweet and calm, helped her be brave, and she was back home in 15 minutes! Fantastic dental office! We will never go anywhere else!!

The dental work I had done here, by Dr. Lu was exceptional, he was so kind and patient. 5 stars for him. 5 stars for patsy and the really sweet dental assistant I had the first time!!!! 1 Star for Stella!! Her belittling and overall demeaning attitude makes me want to finish treatment at another office and cancel my sons Dads appointment as well. She isnt a Dentist, I had a clear treatment plan with Dr. Lu. Then you make comments so I can hear you about me still being in pain. Why are we only doing half now? Why are we only doing half? Does she know shell still be in pain? To listen to her make snarky remarks about the dentist not marking a code and then proceed to make me feel bad for my course of treatment that Dr. Lu and I discussed is just so unprofessional. - Its already so hard to find a dentist youre comfortable with, and then have to deal with someone who purposely tries to make you feel bad, is disgraceful behavior! I wanted to pay and get scheduled. I didnt care about a pre-authorization. I am happy to pay the amount, but what Im not going to do is be treated poorly by someone who is not authorized to make suggestions about my treatment plan and then talk down to me about it. So disappointing.

Let me start by saying I HATE going to the dentist. With that said, this is the best Dental Care Office that I have ever used. They understand dental anxiety and do everything they can to help with that anxiety including offering "Laughing Gas" at no extra charge. I hope that they continue to offer this in the future as it made a world of difference.

I love this place!! I recently returned to the dentist after putting it off for far too long. I get very nervous about visiting the dental office so my dad recommended Graham Family Dental and I am so glad he did! I went in three times for treatments, and each time I was put at ease. All of the staff, ranging from the front desk to my different dental assistants, were so kind! I drive almost 45 minutes out of my way to come to this location and I will continue to do so! Other than the fact that I am terrified of dentist, this is a great dentist office. They all did everything they could comaker me comfortable, calm and did not have any pain. Very friendly and explainedeverything along the way.
