Holly Park Medical and Dental Clinic (ICHS) - International Community Health Services

Last Saturday, I discovered that I was sick, and my condition gradually worsened. I tried calling Holly Park here to schedule the earliest possible appointment. I called at 500 PM, and they answered, taking my information very thoroughly until about 530 PM. They told me they would call me back in half an hour, and I completely agreed. After 30 minutes, I checked my phone and noticed they had just missed calling me by only 2 minutes. I decided to call them back, and guess how they responded? They said, Its now 600 PM, and we are no longer accepting appointments as were past our working hours. We hope you can call back on Monday. You made a sick person wait and then gave such an irresponsible answer, forcing the patient to wait until Monday. What if the condition becomes critical by then? But thats not all. I reluctantly accepted what they said, and they promised to take my information and call me back on Monday. Guess what happened? Its now Tuesday morning, and I still havent received any call from them. Ive tried everything I could to improve my condition because I once took a health course in my home country, and thankfully, I managed to do so. But what if I werent young and capable, and my condition had worsened? Is this the level of irresponsibility you work with? Do you understand how crucial and valuable time is for treating illnesses promptly? This is utterly irresponsible. Currently, I have managed to improve my condition on my own. Although Im not fully recovered, I believe Ive done what I could. Ive read many negative reviews about this place, and there are numerous accounts of people experiencing similar time related issues due to their way of working. I completely believe those reviews. Take care of your health, and remember that when youre sick, timely treatment is crucial.

Terrible customer service. The worst receptionists on Earth.

I give my kid well-child visit here. The nurse said I can call whenever I need. But when I call, nobody picks up which makes me so annoyed even if I left a message. I dont receive a call back. What if I have an emergency?

The dentist left that I liked and after that it sucked.

My mother has been coming to this clinic for years. All the staff are so kind and caring - including the front desk staff, medical assistants, and doctors. Im so grateful for this Asian health clinic that provides the best care to my mom!

Warning do not come here this place is a hole in the wall the doctors are horrible you pretty much are in charge of your own health and tell them what to do and the dentist part is absolutely horrid I have been going to the dentist there for years and when my dentist quit someone else is working on my teeth and they chipped my front tooth I didn't realize until I got home because they numbed my mouth up really good and when I looked in the mirror my front tooth was chipped we went back immediately and they were arguing with me about me doing it until I got to talk to the actual dentist when I demanded it and I made her fix my tooth it's devastating and they still charged my insurance please do yourself a favor and do not come here there's better places

In general, I think the medical providers here are top notch. This place is primarily stocked with Physicians Assistants and Nurse Practitioners and fewer MDsDOs but that's not been a problem for me as I've always gone for basic checkups. Everyone who I've had so far (happens to be different each time) is courteous and thorough! I've always felt comfortable! The main drawback to this place is 1. Terrible wait to get an appointment 2. Front desk and some staff may not be as friendly as they could be (like it's somewhat impossible if you don't have your ID or if you're trying to clarify things)

Have been here a few times for regular checkups and for illnesses. Always very good. Reasonable wait times before going in. Attentive physicians, on site pharmacy. Limited parking, but this is not their fault, the area is busy, and it is 1 block from the train station. I am very glad there are good doctors in the neighborhood.

My family member shared me a great experience at this clinic. A big thanks to Dr. Lam and your teams! The front desk staff were professional and efficient. It would be more satisfactory if the clinic could provide an in person interpreter during filling appointments.

The nurse's attitude was really unprofessional. my father went to the doctor on Sunday and they told him to go to the pharmacy last time to get the medicine, but when he got it, the pharmacy needed a confirmation call from Holly Park. When we came to meet and talk, she made us wait 20 minutes for nothing and made my father wait 2 more days to see a doctor to talk while my father was very tired. I asked her about the fact that they didn't notify the pharmacy on the previous visit, she said yes, I asked her to call to confirm, she refused. Really angry and incomprehensible.

Trying to make an appointment here is a joke. It took 10 separate phone calls because no one answers the phone. And when someone does answer the phone they aren't helpful at all. They couldn't even confirm if they were considered in-network with my insurance.

I don't know exactly what the ladies at the desk saying in their native language but they're always pretty polite to me My doctor is very thorough overall I enjoy my doctor visits
