Dentist saved me from another place that was going to charge me for something I didnt even need. The staff is also very friendly.

I have been seeing Dr Son and staff for about 2 years or more I'm very pleased with them, although we all strive for them to comply with our dental needs, there are some circumstances they can not meet due to insurances policies this does not mean they are a wrong dental practice, they have ALWAYS comply with my care especially with dental insurance and Arlene continues to work on my behalf with insurance. I recommend my family and friends and anyone who needs dental care.

As expected, my first visit involved some waiting to have a panoramic exray and to see the dentist. Overall, a pleasant experience with professional and friendly receptionist and personnel. 8-26-24 My recent visit at Ideal Dental required a core build-up. The staff is courteous and friendly. The work done is excellent and professional. I'm sure the crowns will last for years to come. Thank you, Ideal Dental!

Found myself in an unfortunate situation and needed an emergency tooth extraction on a Sunday night. I was able to make an appointment using their website for 11am the next morning. The staff was caring and sympathetic from the moment I walked through the door. All charges were explained in great detail before we started and I was lucky to omit part of the procedure as long as it wasnt absolutely necessary which kept my costs down. Made my appointment at 9pm Sunday for 11am Monday. Could have gotten earlier got confirmation at 1220am they texted me a couple forms to fill out at 9am arrived at the clinic at 1045 got 2 sets of X-rays and was in the chair by 11. Procedure done. Instructions given. Prescription written. Payment made. And I was back on the road by 12! Thank You ideal dental! You are a life saver.

Been going here for a little over a year now and I love their staff everyone is very friendly. I always leave there satisfied!

I would have given this place 5 stars before Dr. Son left. Him and his staff gently helped me through a dental emergency and set a care plan. I came in now and its as if everything went downhill. I spent my hour there rushed, in discomfort, lacking seemingly any bed side manner. The doctor let me know hes temporary and is ready to go back to his normal practice. Thats fine, I guess. But I felt extremely rushed, half-assed, and burdensome. I hope they find a doctor that wants to be there.

First off I wanna say this place is AMAZING Ive been going here since 2022 the staff here are excellent they were able to fit me in before the new year and get me a cleaning! They also address the new things that they had found with me and was able to get me back on the schedule and taken care of I highly recommend this dental facility they make sure you get the proper dental care that you need

Friendly and helpful receptionist and hygienist and the Dentist was good I was recently at a different dental clinic, every check up they would tell me i needed a lot of work done even though I take very good care of my teeth. The dentist at Ideal told my my teeth and gums look great! Now thats more like it!

I have very bad dentist anxiety and today had to go in for my first ever root canal. I was terrified, and started having a panic attack in the chair. They were so patient and kind to me. They did everything they could to make me not feel embarrassed or rush me. The dentist was so fast! Got everything done in under an hour and I was so scared for nothing! It all went perfectly and now that the numbing has worn off, i still have zero pain. Definitely recommend this place

I recently had my first appointment at Ideal Dental and had a great experience. All of the staff were friendly and professional. The office itself is beautiful and in a nice location. Dr. Le and the staff took their time, explained everything they were doing, and kindly answered my questions. I would definitely recommend!

I cannot say enough positive things about the team at Ideal Dental. Arlene and Yolanda at the front desk are exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always going out of their way to accommodate and create a warm environment. Aaliyah, the dental assistant, is bubbly, kind, and highly professional. Her lighthearted banter while setting me up for the dentist always helps ease any discomfort. Dr. Le was efficient and patient while working on my fillings. When I had a minor chip in one of them, he promptly addressed it without delay. I was especially impressed by how the team handled my urgent appointment for a cracked fillingthey managed to squeeze me in the very next day. Overall, the teams professionalism, kindness, and attentiveness make Ideal Dental a standout practice. Highly recommended!
