Dr. Diaz and her staff made me totally comfortable explaining all the way through.

Everything went smoothly, with very thorough explanation of the dental work by Dr. Chang. I can't think of any improvements for Dr. Chang or assistant Jessica. The visit was completely in the 5-star category.

Had a cleaning. My hygienist Misty was great. She walked me through what areas I needed to work on and what to do.

Yesterday I had an appointment with Misty Freeman, a dental hygienist at Oregon city dental. She is such an excellent member of that team. She is taken such good care of me and Teaching me how to take care of my teeth. She is so good and if youre lucky enough to get her, you will be pleased also!!

Doctor Jerome Lee has horrible bedside manners.

I was greeted by Sammi Larrisa. Larissa was very efficient explained the check in process with me, all with a smile. Tamie is amazing with children all 3 of my children did great did not feel nervous at all since she has such a warm personality to kids. Dr Shelby helped us understand the dental needs for my kids, was very kind gentle when working on them . Thank you for all the team for being professional timely.

I had an exceptional experience. Starting out with scheduling, my last appointment was cancelled due to short staffing. Val reached out to me and got me a new appointment within 3 days!!! I was so impressed with how quickly she was able to get me a new appointment and made me feel important. When I came in for my appointment, Larisa at the front desk got me checked in and out. She was so professional and greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. She offered me items from the comfort menu which I really enjoyed. Her warm smile and great attitude made me feel valued as a patient. When I got back to the chair, Quinn was so nice and professional. Dr. Shisler is always very thorough when explaining to me my treatment plan. I really enjoy having her as my dentist. Overall, this is the best dentist office Ive been too and I always look forward to when I have to go in.

Such a wonderful experience today at the Kaiser OC Dental office. Sammy and Larissa (check in out) were professional and helpful. Dr. Lee and Macy did an excellent job regarding walking me thru the emergency appt, what the issues were, and the extractions needed. Dr. Lee did an outstanding job, checking and making sure "all ok?" throughout the process and explaining each step.

The dental hygienist who cleaned my 94 year old grandpas teeth was amazing. She is so knowledgeable, kind, and gentle. She is the best!

Carrie Casper and her two assistants were very kind, sympathetic and responsive during my visit here today. I had a pretty gnarly abscess and infection. They made sure I was numb and comfortable before proceeding and popped that sucker out quick and painlessly. 1010 would recommend this dental team to anyone. I think the whole staff deserves socks

I believe that Dr. Bohnstedt and Emma are a great team that check all the boxes. They truly take an interest in the person not just the work and are up front and communicate well. Every procedure I have experienced has been great and I truly appreciate the way work is done and care taken during the process. Thanks to them for the best experience possible, even with all the challenges my teeth have been.

Like most, I've been to my share of dentists. Some good experiences and others, not so good. In fact my wife refused to go to the dentist for awhile until we started Kaiser Dental in Oregon City and she is at ease once more in going. My visit yesterday was nerve wracking as i've never had a crown and was pretty nervous. The Hygentist really put my mind at ease (as much as it could be eased) and explained everythig as well as answering my other questions. The Dentist himself explained the process further and both went beyond to make sure I was comfortable and pain free. This went on through the whole process. I cannot thank them both enough and though I'm just another patient, they went out of their way with one on one care and my concerns. The staff when you check in and out also were very personable and friendly. I highly recommend Kaiser Dental, especially Oregon City branch. Thank you.

I've had a wonderful experience at KP Dental in Oregon City! The receptionist I spoke with was super helpful and I was able to get the appointment I needed quickly. Dr. Diaz was incredibly considerate and she spent a lot of time explaining my dental issue and the various options available. They are very focused on comfort and offered a bunch of amenities that I have never seen at a dentist's office before. I would definitely recommend this office!
