Extremely Poor Invisalign experience falsified ig testimonial and billing practices. I originally wrote a raving review with LA Dental but took it down since because of the entire experience. I went in to fix a crown and get a new night guard for my bruxism. I was told by Dr. Azy that they can fix my bite and grinding with invisalign so I opted to do it. Unfortunately it made my severely bite worse. At the end of 2023 going into 2024 I finished invisalign with LA Dental and had my crown fixed and got verners to fix my front tooth which was broken from youth. My crown caused pain for over 6 months and still bothers me till this day. I immediately broke the night guard I purchased then broke a second one, defeating the purpose of correcting my bite with invisalign. They said it was normal. I was never guided off he invisalign (told when to stop wearing) and also came in for a six month period to adjust my bite continuously by shaving different sides of my teeth down to get them to fit right. At this point I asked Dr. Azy for a recommendation to a specialistreal orthodontist and she recommended one. Since then I have worked to correct my bite with TMJ therapy and a second round of Invisalign. I have lost gums and have had immense teeth pain in the process. Why I am most upset in addition to feeling like a cog in the system, this was validated by the false instagram post I found on their page, using my teeth with the caption this client was so insecure with her smile before invisalign and now is so secure something like that. A total lie, given I opted to invisalign for hopes to FIX my brixism. I had braces as a child and had straight teeth. I felt taken advantage of and completely lost my trust with this clinic. They also neglected to update my insurance for 1 year during the invisalign treatment causing immense difficulty with coverage and payment. I had been in the clinic every 2-3 months and asked every time if they corrected my insurance, to which they said of course. This entire experience had been disappointing and left me feeling like a fool. My insurance wont cover the new invisalign so now I have to pay everything out of pocket to fix the problems that were made. I didnt have gum loss or so much pain before all of this, and am so sad that I have to keep working to fix my smile. I wish I never opted for invisalign or the verners. It has only caused me more pain and suffering, and deepened my distrust in dentists. Im looking for a new dentist but am honestly scared to be taken advantage of again.

I cant recommend LA Dental and Dr. Azy Nasiry enough for Invisalign! Dr. Nasiry is super professional, soft-spoken, and really takes her time explaining everything so you feel comfortable and know exactly whats happening. She made sure my teeth were perfectly aligned, no matter how many refinements it took. Theyre a Diamond Invisalign Provider, and their all-inclusive pricing is way more affordable than other places I checked outplus, those didnt even have Diamond status! The staff is super friendly, and the office is clean and inviting. Such a great experience!

Please do not go here. These doctors have no idea what they are doing and post fake 5 star Reviews because they care more about their image than their patients. It's disturbing. The most uneducated doctors, misdiagnosed me multiple times and left me with an open cavity then refused to give me my money back but "referred me" to another dentist to fix what they damaged. They patient neglect and block your number and emails. I don't know how they are an operating business?? DO NOT GO HERE! Will never get my 4500 back but huge lesson learnt.

Dr. Azy at LA Dental Clinic is a skilled dentist who explains everything clearly. Gloria at the front desk was friendly and made me feel welcome right away. Dr. Azy gave me great results while preserving the integrity of my natural teeth. She teaches aspiring dentists, and her extensive experience made me feel confident in her expertise.

I dont have no words very bad Service I was the wrong time wrong place. I will never recommended Beware.

I am a new patient with La dental, and I have found my new dentist. I highly recommend! The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. They are very understanding and will help the best way they can. The doctor walks you through everything procedure. step by step so it is easy to understand. 1010 would recommend.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Cynthia, the incredible dental assistant who truly went above and beyond to make my recent visit a fantastic one. From the moment I walked in, her warm, friendly demeanor instantly put me at ease. She was professional and incredibly knowledgeable, explaining each step in a way that was easy to understand, which made me feel fully informed and secure throughout the entire process. Cynthia's assurance and attentiveness were truly comforting, and it's clear that she cares deeply about her patients' comfort and well-being. I am so grateful to have been in her care and can confidently say she is an invaluable asset to this dental office. Her kindness, expertise, and dedication shine through, and the office is extremely lucky to have someone as talented and compassionate as her. Where do I even begin?! Dr. Nasiry has allowed me to FINALLY have a dentist I can TRUST! She is EXTREMELY patient, kind, give you freedom to ask questions, she doesnt push you towards making a certain decision and she doesnt pressure you into getting dental work done with her. This whole staff simply just genuinely wants you to have the smile and oral health that you imagine for yourself. I am almost done with my Invisalign treatment and when it is complete, I have five veneers on top to get. Their technology is top-tier so I was able to see how my teeth and smile were going to look when the whole process is done due to their 3-D scan of my mouthteeth. Trust me, you are in phenomenal hands getting work done here.

Everyone was awesome from Gloria toTaelyr and to Dr. Azy. All the team is cool. You guys rock. Wait time was not long. Made me feel at home. I am definitely coming back. Like 15 minutes by foot. Also, I like Lili, Carmen and Cynthia.

Harsh cleanings, terrible scheduling (somehow lost my appointment that I had scheduled in person), tons of hidden fees and the hygienists had to take my x-ray 4 times because she kept messing up. Do not recommend going here!!!

Dr. Nasiry and the entire LA Dental team are super helpful and friendly. They always make time to explain the procedure and answer any questions I have. Whenever a friend needs a dentist, I refer them to LA Dental!

I've had a good experience here before but today I was misinformed about my free cleaning not expiring and I can use it today. Turns out it does expire and you have to re-purchase every 2 years. I had canceled my other dental appointment and took time off work to come for my cleaning x-ray and wasted my time because I didn't have the 195 to pay up front. I have had good work here before but I won't be coming back after this. 2 hours missed from work and a missed dental appointment is very frustrating especially because I'm in need of dental work shortly and this delays that another day. I would have paid for the follow up dental work as well

Worst cleaning imaginable. Youre better off using a fork and doing it yourself since they dont use motorized tools. If you want an actual cleaning they charge 1600 which is still worse than any regular cleaning at a good dentist.

Front desk girls were very knowledgeable in the dental industry. Had a consultation and felt very confident that every staff knows their position.

Im not a fan of dentist appointments (who is?) however, my experience at the LA Dental Clinic was EASY. Everyone was friendly and professional. Im very glad I found this dental office.

My experience aligns with a lot of others here. Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Clean space very modern. I went here to get a cleaning and my final two wisdom teeth extracted. As they share my dental plan I see charges that are not covered the slightest bit by my insurance. I called back and asked can I opt out of some services and the gentleman on the phone said yes. I shortly after received a call saying I cant opt out of this blood collection service that was 550 all because they recommend it. This place will definitely try and make you spend the most you possibly can here.

I had a dental emergency and came here hoping to resolve the issue. First I received the worst cleaning that I've ever had followed up with a deep cleaning that was suppose to resolve the issue but instead made the matter worse. I was charged 1k this abysmal service

Transparent walk-in experience. Was swindled out of 100 credit to my cleaning. Very disappointed with the clear means of totalling all fees. Do not expect to be treated with honesty here.

Update Despite my repeated attempts to unsubscribe, I continue to receive scamming emails and phone messages from them. This has been ongoing for years, ever since I stopped using their services. Will not recommend to anyone I know. Period. Huge disappointment! My experiences at LA Dental Clinic were mostly positive during my year-long visits. However, I experienced so many extremely painful deep cleaning sessions with one particularly hygienist, to the point where it caused me significant discomfort and PTSD. Growing up, I had never felt scared or anxious about visiting dental clinics, but after having my teeth fixed at this clinic, it turned into a nightmarish experience. I will never be returning to this clinic.

Listen! I drive a long way to come here and it's worth every penny. After comparing with multiple doctors near me they were the only people that I trusted at that price range for my Invisalign. The office is amazing and the staff is even better. If your brackets fall off they replace them for free. Everything in there is so high-tech and futuristic. Couldn't recommend them more!
