Legacy Dental Care

I had a very disappointing experience. After confirming with both my insurance and myself that my visits were covered under my insurance, I attended two appointments, only to be told afterwards that my visits weren't covered and had to pay out of pocket. To make matters worse, the dentist was rude. When I expressed feeling unwelcome and disappointed with my experience, her response was, 'Then you shouldn't come,' said in a dismissive tone. On a positive note, the hygienists were professional and kind. I switched to a practitioner who not only makes me feel comfortable and respected but also ensures full transparency regarding my insurance coverage before proceeding with any treatment. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this practice.

Everyone is so professional and friendly. From the moment you walk in to the moment you depart. Dr. Punaji is a very caring and competent dentist who really cares about her patients. Rebecca, the new dental hygienist is wonderful. She is a great addition to the staff. Everyone makes you feel special.

I been going to Legacy Dental Care for 2 years and I must say this is best dental care I've had. I'm retired military so I actually have 2 dentist. I have Dr. Patricia A. at the VA. Then I have my community care with Legacy and I love both.

I always have an enjoyable visit at Legacy Dental Care. Dr. Punaji and Staff always do a tremendous job. Amanda is taking some of Melanie's patients when she's off and she did a great job with my cleaning and is truly dedicated Dental Hygentist.

Very professional staff

I've been going to Dr. Punaji for the past three years, and I cant say enough good things about her and her amazing team! I used to have extreme anxiety about going to the dentist, which is why I avoided it for years. Since coming to Dr. Punaji, my anxiety has improved so much thanks to their kindness, professionalism, and care. I just had a root canal yesterday, and the experience was as smooth and comfortable as always. Im so grateful to have found this incredible office and highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent dental care!

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. They informed me of every procedure they were doing and ensured I understood what they were doing. They are very thorough in the x-rays, exams, picture takings, cleaning and communications. Very professional and outstanding customer service. Would highly recommend.
