Been going to Light Dental for the last two years, and every visit has been overwhelmingly positive. Dr.Reynolds and the whole team have been great to work with and I cannot recommend them enough.

The entire team at the Olympia office is a dream to work with! Chiffon will make sure that you know in advance what to expect from any insurance and what you will need to pay for treatment. Melissa is the best hygienist I have ever had. She is incredibly gentle while being completely thorough. She has taught me new ways to keep my gums and teeth healthy in my 70s. Dr Reynolds has been able to identify problems and help me choose treatment that allows me to keep smiling. I can hardly believe how lucky my husband and I were to find these caring and supportive people to be part of our ongoing health care.

I called the Olympia branch on a Friday afternoon. My family member had several loose teeth that had been preventing him from eating. Luckily, I was able to get an appointment the following Tuesday. My family member couldn't speak English. Luckily, there was a staff member from a different branch that was able to help with translation and filling out paperwork. On top of that, they called me after the visit and gave me a summary. My family member was pleased as he was able to have the teeth extracted. He was able to eat, not suffering anymore. Overall, super pleased with the experience with the office!

I have been going to Light dental for about 6 years now and I am so thankful to Dr. Reynolds, Margaret, Chiffon and all the staff at Light dental for making me feel at home and welcomed each and every time I come in. Thank you for walking me through each step of the process when I had my recent filling and helping me feel relaxed through the entire process when I came in anxious. I actually called the wrong office, but Chiffon was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to help me make an appointment for my daughter at the correct location. I'm really grateful that she took the time to answer all my questions and help me through the process. Wish I could give her 10 stars!

Id like to say that I truly appreciate all the staff in the office. I feel the team work in there made my appointments go smoothly. The staff make you feel like youre hanging out with your friends for an hour. I wouldnt want some stranger taking care of my dental work lol. Would recommend anyone to this facility. )

I was referred to this specialist by my general dentist. This review is not about the professionalism of the dentist. The procedure went well. It was painless and the dentist even saved my implant, which she thought she was going to have to remove initially. I would give the dentist four stars only because she spilled some the novocaine in my mouth. Otherwise, five stars. This review is about their insurance and billing processes. After a month of fighting with them, I'm convinced they were trying to rip me off. The day of the procedure, the office collected 540 from me for the copay. When I got the EOB from insurance two weeks later, my copay was listed as 209. I called the insurance company and they verified that's all I owed. I called the practice and their "explanation" was that they had to get the check from Insurance before they could know what I owed. But that was lie, because I asked, and the insurance company told me that when the office called up the insurance on their computer, my copay and their payment was clearly listed, just like on the EOB. So, they knew I only owed 209. I called and then wrote a letter to their corporate billing office asking for a refund of 330. They gave me the same song and dance about the insurance. They explained that the next month when they did billings, I would get a check. The whole month went by without me getting my check. I called again and threatened legal action. Lo and behold, the check was processed that same day, even though they said it couldn't be done that fast. When I received the check, it was still 37 short. I've written another letter to them and am waiting for their reply. If you have dental insurance, I would not recommend this company to you. The procedure was done in March. Three months later, they still have some of my money. I think their hope is that patients don't look at their EOBs and find out that they've been overcharged. I'm convinced that if I hadn't fought it, they would have kept my money.

This office has been absolutely fantastic the last year and a half Ive been coming. Always hated the dentist since I was a teen but they have changed that opinion completely. Recommend to everyone.

Im so happy I found this office. I love all staff . Im so nervous with dentists but already feel better going here. I only have one regret that I didnt find Dr Reynoldss sooner. Shes compassionate, friendly and does great work.

My recent visit w Dr. Renolds in DL's studio in Lacy (3910 Martin Way) - for a tooth extraction, was yet again - believe it or not, really wonderful. Her professional manner, courteous, compassionate highly competent patient care was nothing less than TRULY EXCEPTIONAL. Seriously. As was the case w all their attending office staff (A to dental assistant Ashely Reg. Mgr. Maddy too). I've experienced many dentists over the yrs. and far away, Dr Renolds is my all time 1 favorite. I unequivocally recommend her! As an aside, for all who are financially conscientious, I had a similar procedure over 10 yrs ago w another dentist (though not cracked at the gum line as in this instance) and paid nearly 4 x the amount. Admittedly, I'm hoping there are no more extractions in my future, though I'm actually looking forward to my next visit cleaning next month. Thank You Dr Renolds, you're simply the best!! K Gregory

Very bad experience here would not recommend had a tooth pulled I ended up getting dry socket which could have been my own fault but I follow their directions I was in extreme pain called the office the lady on the phone told me it was a fill-in dentist she couldn't help me with it I needed to call the other dentist that did the work so I called the other dentist office they said they couldn't do anything about it so I had to sit in excruciating pain for a couple days until another dentist office could get me in I paid in full there and I just got a bill by text telling me I owed more money will never go back here

Super thankful for Light Dental!! My insurance is up at the end of this month and both Jessica and Chiffon in both the Lacey offices helped me get in TWICE in one day for important dental work and helped me schedule out the rest in a reasonable amount of time, even looking at different locations and getting me in. Genuinely appreciative of the employees for this business. Jennifer, the dentist, was very straight forward and made everything comprehensible for whats needed to be done. Thank you all for the help!

Smooth running office with great people. Chiffon got me an appt. within one week her skills are top drawer! She will always follow through. Dr. Poyfair was filling in at the Martin Way office, he put me at ease just with his greeting and gentle skills... He and his assistance Melissa worked together like a clock Had me finished and out of pain in minutes after told by other offices I would have to wait weeks just to be seen. Maybe the best dental visit I've ever had! Office is clean and organized and you'll feel at home as soon as you enter. Thanks to everone who helped make this possible. I'm sure all the other Light Dental offices operate the same but the Martin Way office is right on point. This level of service is hard to find in 2022...
