Excellent dental experience. I had a very thorough dental examination and cleaning. Dr. Rockwood is excellent and my hygienist was very knowledgeable and thorough. I highly recommend this office for your dental needs.

Going to the dentist is not historically an enjoyable experience but I found my visit to the Maple Valley Family Dental Care Office a pleasant experience. The clinics staff and DoctorsDentists were knowledgable, professional, courteous, and polite, and it was appreciated.

I wish I could give 0 stars. As others have mentioned, I have been met with condescending, argumentative, and rude attitude from the office staff. A complete lack of respect or dignity provided to patients, and completely ignored when I presented a concern. They scheduled me for a cleaning 3 times in one year. My insurance only covers 2. I have always gone in every 6 months, and I have always trusted that my providers are keeping me informed of my responsiblities before hand. So when they scheduled me for Nov (two months before my insurance calendar started over), I didn't think to check to make sure it was covered. I thought I could trust my Dentist office, as one would think. Well, when I asked about this, I was lied to by Wendy, telling me I always come in every 3 months. I think I would know if I came in that frequently, and if I had ever recieved a bill for a routine cleaning. She continued to lie and patronize me, and then told me I should find a new dentist office. She laughed at me when I said perhaps I should call king 5. I will definitely be filing a formal complaint against this dentist office to the WA Dental Board be audited, I belive they are scamming their patients to maximize profit and they don't care if the insurance company taps out and passes the bill to you. Check your schedule, and don't let them lie to you to get you to come in every 3 months. You don't need that many cleanings. Good thing is, it appears there are honest Dentist offices in Maple Valley, so this one can kick rocks. Stay far away from this one.

My daughter is one of their hygienists, and was able to schedule two of us on a Saturdaywe live 50 miles away, so we were able to catch up and visit while getting our cleanings. An old lady complaint I was coldmaybe should have turned the tv to a warm crackling fireplace, lol. Fancy office, all decorated for Christmas season.

I love my dental hygienist. He always makes my visit better.
