New Smiles

I originally visited New Smiles because my tooth had a crack and my front teeth were shifting apart. My permanent retainer fell off and I let it go for too long (without a retainer). At New Smiles I met with Dr. Wikle. He was very kind, professional and listened to what I wanted to do before he came up with a detailed plan. There was an issue with a crown (that came from a lab). So he sent it back to the lab, communicated with both of us directly to make sure it was fixed and would look the way I wanted. Now that the work is done I am beyond happy with the way my teeth look and I feel confident smiling again!!! Everyone at New Smiles (team) is friendly and helpful. The office has coffee, tea, water and amazing chapstick for patients. I now get my teeth cleaned at New Smiles and if I need any work done on my teeth in the future I will be going to Dr. Wikle!!!

Beautiful facility, I never felt embarrassed about my teeth. The staff was professional and welcoming.

My grandmother has a severe dentist phobia and recently required a few procedures (we also needed a dentist that accepts Medicaid). When I called new smiles, receptionist immediately responded with warmth, compassion and without judgement. I cannot say enough about this first phone call, I truly felt that Grams would be safe and nurtured through an appointment she was already panicked about. The day of the procedure, the same receptionist remembered and kindly greeted us, assuring us again how seriously they take dental phobia. Once we got Grams back to treatment, our tech was a perfect match! She was comforting, fun and put a warm blanket over grams. We loved her- smart, efficient and patient. Thenthe dentist arrived oh my god youre handsome! Was the first thing out of her mouth. He explained the procedures, what to expect and showed us pictures of his sweet family while the meds took effect. Prior to falling asleep, my Grandma said the best thing, This isnt bad at all!. Grams healed quickly, without pain! A month after, we received a an unexpected bill (from insurance, not new smiles), which confused me as I had already paid the out of pocket on the day of surgery. When I called new smiles asking for clarity, both the receptionist and billing staff were extremely patient with me, explaining each detail and answering all of my questions. Turns out, I had over paid the out of pocket which new smiles promptly issued a check for the overage. I guess this can happen, which I hadnt known about. Thankful for the transparency and knowledge of the staff! I hope this experience helps you make a decision if youre looking for a dentist office- I cant recommend New Smiles enough! They even let me keep Grams tooth- love it when staff understand weirdgross requests. Like I said, no judgement!

Carrie is the most kindhearted and caring hygienist. The doctors are amazing as well!

I have been to a lot of different Dental offices over the years and this teamoffice blew me away. They were so kind, very friendly, professional, clean and knew what they were doing. If I could give more stars I would!

No matter how many times or how many people are at New Smiles, EVERYONE makes you feel like you are the most important person there. I have never experienced such kindness at dentist office before. And the knowledge of dentistry that Dr. Doyle have demonstrated is in a class all by itself. I just love them all God bless New Smiles !!

I have had a lot of work done over the years at New Smiles. Cleanings, whitening, fillings and crowns. Everyone is always pleasant and professional. Karie, my hygienist, is the best I've had, and I've had alot. A true professional.
