I cannot thank this crew of professionals enough. After a crown went bad from my normal dentist and needing an RCT I was sent down the road to my normal dentists referral(which was a week and a half out) and thats wasnt gonna work With such excruciating pain. So the wife started shopping offices for me, and this was the first place that actually answered their phones. After informing them that this was a more of an emergency needed procedure. They had several available times for me the next day.. first off, I was blown away by how welcoming the staff and environment was. I was first greeted by Kaylee at the front desk, she was a great listener to my needs and was great help to be able to get things moving fast and paperwork filled out. The paperwork was seamless as it was done digitally. Dr. Lee and Dr. Tate were true athletes of their profession. their Assistances Jazz and Esmeralda also made the procedure pleasant to be a patient of. All the equipment is top notch as I never even seen such technology until this appointment. Their rooms are inviting, comfortable and welcoming. Everybody that seemed to work there had smiles on their faces and they worked great as a team making sure people were getting taken care of properly and efficiently. By far the best doctor office Ive ever been to. thank you guys so much

Dissatisfied, i cant recommend this location, there is no doctors inside. Un-qualified or skilled personnel.

Most uneducated team i ever seen, ive paid the 45 to have the x-ray and exam done, on which ive requested as a hard copy or electronic format. On which Ive was requested to pay another 45 to have them emailed or hardcopy handed, after ive spoke with Ashley the - Treatment Coordinator. On which she lied i was yelling at the front desk lady - Ashley - Advise here honey. Second ive got refused for the service as my wisdom tooth roots are under semi-circular, and this is not on their book to do. NOW TO ALL PATIENTS, YOU GUYS ARE RECORDED VIDEO AND AUDIO WITHOUT CONSENT - I have a video record of that. Al this reviews are fake, and make up, shame on this business, DR Lee, please advise here. As this will go to the State level, and even if Federal. DO NOT SPEND YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE PLEASE. Ashely - You should look for a job, not related with customers.

I was told that I needed a crown and that my insurance would cover it. After I had the procedure and paid my portion, insurance did not cover it and I had to pay over 500 more

Was super nervous to go in and get checked out since I have not been to dentist in a long time. I had Dr. Tate and ended up have some teeth extracted. Was more than pleased with everything especially how easy it felt and did not feel a thing during l. Super thankful for everything they did and would highly recommend the entire team in the office.

I have been getting dental work completed with Dr O and he has been exceptional in his approach to patient care and making sure I am comfortable. He is punctual with his appointments and the quality of dental work he provides is undeniable the best. The assistant Zoya Makay greets you with a smile and pleasant conversation. The customer service is an A and I wouldnt want to go anywhere else. -Vincent Adkins

Dr.Tate, Kaleen, and Nessa were amazing, I've never liked going to the dentist before I found PNW Dental but they made it a very pleasant experience. Their customer servicebedside manner was phenomenal, I honestly have nothing but good things to say about PNW Dental as a whole.

I always have a great dental experience with Dr. Tate and his dental assistants Jonessa, Mell, and Kaleen.

I have been a patient here in Pacific NW Dental Center for so many years now, and I always have such a great visit every time. As an adult, there are still times that you get nervous, even just for a routine exam and cleaning. But, it all goes away once you get to the office. All the staff makes you feel welcome and comfortable. Thank you so much to Alesha, who made it possible for me to get in on my last visit, Carolyne, who assisted me and gave me comfort throughout my visit, and to Brianna, who gave me such a great teeth cleaning and made feel at ease the entire time!

As someone who has worked professionally with countless patients and dental offices to resolve grievances, Ive truly seen it allthe good, the bad, and the downright baffling. From dental mills to poor management, to the occasional Why is this even an issue? scenario, Ive encountered it. But you wont find any of that here at Pacific NW Dental Center. When I chose this office years ago, I had a checklist bedside manners, patient education, friendliness, and a willingness to address patient concerns reasonably. Pacific NW Dental Center checks all the boxes and then some. Ive never had long wait times, and the frequent appointment reminders are incredibly helpful. The staff is welcoming, and unlike some other places, I havent been bombarded with over-the-top upselling tactics. Over the years, Ive had various treatments, from restorative to preventive, and each was handled with professionalism, compassion, and a clear explanation when I wanted to understand more. One of my favorite touches is the follow-up messages after treatment. Simple gestures like that make a huge difference and create a genuinely positive patient experience. If youre someone who gets anxious at the dentist, I have no doubt this office will put you at ease. Today, I had my cleaning and check-up with McKayla? (hope I got her name right) and Dr. Ostergren, and as always, it was a great experience. Okay, every review needs a little balance. Heres my constructive feedback the sunglasses? Could we get black ones instead? (Just saying, Id rock those way harder!) All in all, Pacific NW Dental Center is a gem, and I cant recommend it enough.
