I have been nothing but pleased with everyone at Dr. Petries office. Arvid Petrie is an excellent dentist. I was originally referred to him by my former dentist and Im very grateful. Everyone has a positive attitude there and even though its Dentistry , its generally an uplifting experience for the most part, I have referred several people to them and will continue to do so. Minimal pain and great work!

Dr. Petrie and his staff are exceptional! Doctor just did a complete cap replacement start to finish in 2 hours fixed a cavity. The cap is perfect! And his Assistant matched it exactly to my teeth. I couldn't be happier! I highly recommend Dr Petrie!

I got my implant post today. Dr. Petrie and team were awesome. The procedure went so smoothly and they make you feel so at ease and relaxed. Thank you! Today was the day of the torque test on my post. My unwavering trust in Dr. Petrie and crew is still in tact. The post is solid, spacer is in place and in 2 weeks, get that tooth made. Almost there!

This is the best dental office I have ever been to. They are patient and very thoughtful. As far as the dentist, the hygienist and everybody else in the office with the exception of the receptionist who can be quite hurt and rude. If you can get beyond that its definitely worth Seeing Dr. Petrie, he does an amazing job As well as his sports staff.

The doctor was great. I am extremely disappointed with the front desk staff. I called before scheduling to ask if they were in network with my insurance and they said yes. I went in two times and then got a bill for over 300 after paying 100 in copays. When I called they said they were out of network with my particular plan. How was this not caught in advance or after my first visit. They offered me a very small discount which barely takes off 50. I work in the medical field and we always tell people up front if we are out of network with their plan. I feel like someone did not do their job correctly and I have to pay the price.

Dr. Olga took time and care to provide explanation and what needs to be done further to make my oral health better. Sydney is such a friendly and a professional person, she really did a thorough job with cleaning and making sure I felt comfortable. I am going to recommend everyone to get their dental checkup at this office. What a great staff here.

Well all I can say us I have spent my entire life in a dentist chair for 1 reason or another...that said after 68 years, Dr. Petrie and his dynamic dental team from reception to hygienists are absolutely T H E BEST! TRULY everyone embodies the highest profession standards and makes the experience very pleasant for their patients..and fun even when a procedure may not be! I especially appreciate Dr. PETRIE'S commitment to using state of the art equipment and procedures to provide the optimum results for all involved. Thank you Petrie Dental Team.

After 20 years with our old dentist, medicare did not cover her. Thus we had to go to one on the medicare united healthcare list. Bummer? NO. Dr Petrie s office was a great surprise! Why? At 1102 am my hygienist brought me back for my 11 am appointment. She immediately started all. Thus some places do not come get you for a bit after your scheduled time and then you sit waiting again in the room and thus 12 hour can go by before you are worked on! But not with Dr Petrie. And the services were explained and why they suggested what they did without being pushy. I felt my teeth being cleaned but nicely. I left feeling that a found another great dentist and staff after having to leave my former dentist. Thanks Dr Petrie! A 10 i would give but only five allowed. I just went again for crown today Jan 6, 2025. A new crown in new 3d technical advanced results in all done in one day both removal and new install! Unbelievable how great it fits.. so 2 12 hours after arriving I left with new crown! Both ladies working on me were perfect in my view too.

Dr. Petrie and his crew was the only dental office that accepted my emergency call and fixed my tooth on top of their busy schedule. It was my first visit there and from now on I will be returning there for my dental needs. They are using an advanced equipment and most of all you feel the warmth of their personality.

I love going to this office. The dental hygienist is amazing and Dr Petri is so funny and makes me much less scared than I usually am.

Finally a dentist I love in Tacoma. I've been searching for four years for someone who is thorough, gentle, and whose recommendations I trust. Just had two fillings done today and remarkably it was a very comfortable experience. Highly recommend.

Tho I'm a newer pateint here it should still be noted that Dr. Petrie is AWESOME. He is very thorough explaining everything from your treatment plan to answering your questions. He takes time to listen and it feels like he actually cares about his patients. Dr. Petrie is friendly and paired with the assistants it makes the whole visit comfortable and enjoyable. Definitely prefer Dr. Petrie over the other Dentist at the office I've seen there, but even then everyone is very friendly and welcoming.

Staff is welcoming and Joycelyn is FANTASTIC!
