The management team was forcing me to bring in my husbands positive Covid test, or to bring in a physicians note in order to prove that he indeed had the virus! All because he called and cancel his appointment. I understand if he had an issue not showing up to his appointments this was his first time doing so because he was sick. This dental office did a horrible job on my husbands filling, they knew he would eventually need a root canal, treated the tooth as a filling charged him over 600, and since day one of this treatment my husbands tooth has been hurting. They take NO accountability on the services they provide. Now he is going to require a root canal, because of their sloppy service. I caught the office manager lying about her hearing the conversations when I called and asked to speak to her I was told she was in a meeting and I called her out on the lies both the manager and her staff were stating. Learn to be more compassionate towards your patients and stop assuming things that arent true. My husband should receive a refund for the lousy service he endured during his treatment at this office. Shame on you!

BEWARE! When you book an appointment, unless you ask, Simple Smiles will not disclose their expensive rescheduling policy. In order to cancel or reschedule, it must be done 48 hours prior, or Simply Smiles in WVC, Ut will charge you anywhere from 48 to reschedule and up to 150 to cancel. SimplySmiles mentioned none of that when I booked. From today's experience, I learned they have one condition in which a patient can avoid their rescheduling fee the office manager must be convinced your reason is a "real" emergency. Seriously? The office help has no expertise to make that decision. Her assessment of what is, and what is not an emergency is baseless and totally arbitrary, and it wouldn't stand up in court. Not disclosing their cancellation policy when a client makes the appointment is purposefully misleading and underhanded. Apparently way back, during the pandemic, in 2021, I had a root canal. Therefore is was my fault for not remembering. Simply Smiles could have told me the policy when I booked, or simply have rescheduled my appointment. What they chose to do instead is blame me for their office staff's unprofessionalism and competency. My reason for canceling was an emergency, and I tried to reschedule, but they were so rude.. My emergency wasis real, regardless of how the office help "felt". Who are they to judge? If hadn't been a serious emergency and a top priority I wouldn't have called in the first place. Simply Smiles potentially could made vastly more money than what they now plan to bill me for simply cancelling. The office manager of Simply Smiles turned the whole debacle into an erratic, nonsensical and inconsistent event, and now she is trolling in the comments. Dear Reader and potential patient, beware !

I went in with a pretty bad infection that unfortunately will need oral surgery. While they couldnt do much for me until after the surgery happens, they were extremely helpful in explaining my options, walking me through a treatment plan for after, and making sure I knew exactly what my options were going forward. Dr Stearman understood my existing issues with dentistsdentistry and was very careful to make sure that all my concerns were addressed and kept me in the loop throughout the visit. I will certainly be going back for future dental work.

Make me feel comfortable right from the start. Explained everything before they started, gave me the costs upfront so there was no surprises, very friendly staff and Doctors.

I truly enjoyed my appointment today. The staff was very cordial, professional and kind. I look forward to coming back again in six months..

Only x ray and examination now waiting on approval to get treatment while I suffer in pain nerves exposed on broken teeth living in pain till it is fixed to put smile back on face

They always go above and beyond for my dental needs. I had an outstanding experience during my recent visit. My dental hygienist, T, truly went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and make the entire appointment a pleasant one. Not only was the cleaning thorough and gentle, but she also took the time to explain each step and offer helpful tips for improving my oral hygiene routine. What really stood out was T's genuine care and attention to detail, making sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. T even took extra time to answer all of my questions, showing real concern for my dental health and well-being.

The entire staff at Simply Smiles is Fanrastic!! Friendly! Professional!! We could not be happier with their service!

The best damn dentist or doctor I have ever been to in my entire life and I am over 40 years old! They are upfront honest and respectful!

I drive out of my way to go to Simply Smiles despite the fact that I found it as an adult. T is a great hygienist and explains what she is doing and why during the whole cleaning. Very comfortable atmosphere and friendly staff. Super affordable and they have awesome treatment plans if you dont have insurance.

I was in excruciating pain couldn't sleep at night and they even after they were five minutes from closing still took a look at my teeth and gave me proscription awesome people awesome place.

Dr. Welborne is a very compassionate and professional dentist. He listened to all of my needs and addressed my concerns. His assistant Kaitlyn helped explain all the steps of my appointment and was wonderful as well! The office is beautiful - Ill definitely be back!

Excellent experience. Staff was friendly and professional. Dr. Stearman was excellent and explained options in very easily understandable terms.

That was quite possibly the best teeth cleaning Ive ever had. Alisynn is a rockstar hygienist, Dr. Stearman was personable and kindly answered all my questions. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the office looks brand new, so it was a great experience all around! I highly recommend Simply Smiles.

I really love going there the lady's that work there are so amazing I am so scared of the dentist but they make sure you come first they make sure they explain everything to you before doing so.
